PURPLE!! 💜 😁 As a fellow curly-girl who also does diy haircuts, I think you should give yourself much more credit. You did a great job and it came out BEAUTIFUL!! 🔥🔥 You should feel really proud of yourself. ESPECIALLY considering how thick and dense your hair is!! My hair has, like, 1/4 of your density, so I can only IMAGINE how overwhelming and stressful you must've felt halfway through! 😬 I have NO problem cutting my husband's and daughters' hair...... but cutting your OWN hair is a whole other beast!! I wish I could step out of my body too- it'd make it SO much easier!! 😄 Props for keeping calm, using solid technique, staying organized....... and knowing when it's time to put the shears DOWN! 😂 💜💜
Thank you so much for your comment. I really appreciate it. & thanks for watching the whole thing! I do like the way it came out but idk if I can go through that stress again. What’s your go-to DIY curly cut method?
Looks great!! I have the opposite issue- really straight hair in the nape of my neck, and 3c in the top of my head. I desperately need a haircut and I'm studying all of your videos before i make my first cut!
It came out cute, I did the same thing to my hair with the same exact scissors, and my hair is curlier than yours. When it was all said and done, I had to wet it, and then comb it forward and cut off all the points that were longer, so it gave it more of a blended look. Then I should shook it out, put a little product in and left it alone until the next day and I could see what it look like after it was dry. It came out not too bad!thanks for giving me the courage to go through with it. And if that’s a child, hide them scissors lol or you’ll wake up in the morning and she’ll have copied everything you done on her head lol😅😢
