A vegan or vegetarian diet can mean almost anything. Whereas a WFPB diet with a large variety of foods that is low (or free) or SOS is one another level altogether. This is where we need the data.

      That data is out there!

@@Hanover-ek4jy Sure there is some - like the great work of Dr. Esselstyn or T. Colin Campbell but more would certainly be better!

Accorsing to Donald Watson who's wife created the word a vegan diet is one that "opposed the exploitation of all sentient life whether or not it is profitable"

      There is lots of data.
It is not in the form of a funded study though>
But some doctors do release slides of all their patients at times with all the reversals...
which any sane person would take as clear empirical evidence...
The proof is in the pudding.
Virtually none of the doctors who know that WFPB reverses cancer would ever let their patients eat anything BUT just for an experiment - the experiment is unethical at the outset.
There should never be a proving experiment - there should simply be a large volume of field data.
Why empirical field data is dismissed while uncofirmed theories run rampant I dunno ... it's literally ass-backwards and this issue in science has been written about by those with bigger accolades than me..

Thanks for this, very good to know! My grandpa was at the urologist and he found his prostate is very hard, he probably has prostate cancer.

Its noticeable after 60 when you look around at your peers. Oh my. I ate mostly complex carbs with chicken and fish with little to no red meat, I ate cheese now and then most of my life though. Then It was a hop skip and a jump to WFPB and that cleaned out the system nicely.

Thank you for your continued work! My father-in-law died young from fatal PC, so my family is never going back to meat & eggs! Sad about the ruling to allow eggs to be labeled as “healthy” - Egg Board lobbying is strong!

I got hepatitis 60+ years ago. I was told I could quit eating eggs which I hated anyway. So I have always asked anyone who had someone die of hepatitis or was diagnosed with it did they eat a lot of eggs? The answer was always a lot of eggs.

can i heat up my frozen berries in the micro with oats and flaxseeds or does that effect the benifits? When is the best time to take omega 3 and D3 etc I eat oats in the morning so is at night better or does that effect sleep? Can I heat up the mostard powder with the frozen broccoli in the micro or does it than lose it's benifits? Kind regards, Joyce from Holland.

      @redheadinchina Рік тому +1

Oats don't need to be cooked, instead you can soak them the night before in whatever water/plant milk that you're using. You can add the frozen berries and flax at the same time, and then by morning the oats will be softened enough for your system to digest and will have soaked in the berry flavours. I happen to prefer the taste of oats soaked rather than cooked.

Dean Ornish's studies were done on men with low grade cancers. I.e., cancers that were very unlikely to spread.

    You show one thing.
but your cookbook is full of pasta and other ridiculous things.
and you eat even worse than your cookbook details.
the theory is correct - the execution is a total fail.
Pasta is a highly processed food - it is made from POWDERED and usually bleached ingredients. It doesn't get more processed than that.
It's why DrGreger has a pot belly that never went away despite living on the treadmill (which by the way isn't good anyway - you need to do interval training to actually be healthy - not just 4 hours of zone 1-2)

This is all great, but if you have thyroid problems and signs of neuralgia, then there is still a high risk of breast cancer, even if you are a vegan.
