There's NO excuse to not come forward at the time of the accused act. The same way he could have been placed in jail then, as he is in jail now could have happened. The same way she has an attorney now, she could have had then. The same way she has protection now, she could have had then. The why NOW is all about $$$$. He had also victimized his children in particular the daughters. Now they will have to live with the shamed and embarrassment of his actions. I pray that they realize that they are also not at fault.
