Other than a bit of money (which really isn't that hard to come by in the game) there's really no incentive to kill Dwayne instead of Playboy. You get a new safehouse and a new friend if you kill Playboy. Conversely, you get this sanctimonious call from Playboy condemning YOU for doing HIS dirty work! (Not to mention killing Playboy fits Niko's character better). I can't imagine why anyone would kill Dwayne, other than to see what happens.
