🚗💨🇫🇷♥️
A great little live stream, the kids loved watching the trains on the line.
Arnold Smart is planning to be at Rustival 2 (MOT Tuesday) so will have to change my car details in due course.
Watching you here in West Cork! Hello 🇮🇪
Enniscorthy is only one town over from me it would be awesome to see yous at a car show!
I was a bit late joining the stream but went back to the beginning. This was a good way to spend a Sunday. Thanks.
Cars and trains, it doesn't get any better! We hope to visit this railway again soon, maybe next year.
I’ve braved it and booked as an exhibitor.
i have arrived at that age where having a bit of a look at a steam train is a good day out and exhausting
Love this area always have. My grandparents ran the Banks,s Downies Vaults pub in Aberystwyth back in the 70,s and 80,s so I first came to Devils Bridge when I was about 9 or 10 years old. I come now with my 10 year old granddaughter twice a year and we always go on the Rheidol Valley Railway as opposed to just parking on the car park at Devils Bridge. It's a simply beautiful train journey and it's always quite surreal for me still visiting the area at 57 years of age over 40 years later.
Lovely video, thank you. Sorry I missed it live. You need to visit Bury, we have the East Lancashire Railway which as well as a heritage railway also has a transport museum. 🙂
Hello from Michael in Co Down
Great stuff, very interesting
For me, Sunday was spent firstly on the Cleethorpes Coast Light Railway (where food and beer was consumed), followed by the Lincolnshire Wolds Railway. Unfortunately I ran out of time to call in at the Bubblecar Museum on my way home.
I knew immediately exactly where you were parked, since I lived very closeby for about 7 years; even though you were still sat in Ellie. But that was over 32 years ago. I also remember your previous home near the line; probably because I delivered some materials there back in the 80s. I was there for the new line owners after BR. They at least kept it going, but the present owners have really breathed some life into the line. I was also there for the famous derailment incident back in the mid 80s. I saw the aftermath and even ferried some of its victims back to town. I knew quite a few of the local railwayman in the 80s, because I often used to eat lunch in the Aber Railway Club.
Hi guys,,love your chanal and your car's and your car knowledge x
Super thank you!
I really enjoyed this video. It was really interesting.
Great little streem.....train🚂😉
Ps congratulations you are a lovely couple.
Hello from Donington Park circuit. Watching this during the lunch break for the marshalls.
Palmerston is on loan from the Ffestiniog. I believe it's just had an overhaul in the Vale of Rheidols workshops.
Some of the stories in Thomas the Tank Engine and the railway series books are based on the small railways of Wales. The Talyllyn for example (Skarloey, Rhaneas, Peter Sam and Sir Handle) and the Ffestiniog (Duke)
Hi hubnuts saw you both today me and the misses were on the train waving
Good to see you!
We do love the little trains of Wales. Have you been on the Brecon mountain railway, that's different to what one would expect.
Not yet!
It works! I can see and hear you. 👍
I always loved those Large/Small Englands from Ffestiniog. As a kid i visisted Wales and always wanted to see this specific loco or Prince but lucked out.
Terrible shame how there's so few less preserved railways and steam locos in Ireland. Narrow gauge along side cyclepaths across the countryside seem like a no brainer to me
AY UP MR AND MRS HUBNUT
😂😂😂😂😒 the mini hub nut was terrified in the MG ZTV8. Sorry but that was my car that terrified him. Apologies but it was good fun 👍
I'm in Merthyr Tydfil absolutely awful weather
is that news or just more of the usual ??? 😁
It says on my screen "translate to English " 😁👍🇮🇪
Streams clashed 😭 I'm watching both later in the day, not really into trains so you might struggle with views.... the people into trains are Really into it 😁👍🇮🇪
We're only making plans...For Nigel. 😂
Sorry, I wasn't live.
what a train
There is a possibility that Foxanne will come to Rustival. Scylla the Scimitar hasn't progressed as planned, due to the fact that, although I knew the engine had to come out to change a core plug, I wasn't told by the PO that the transmission only goes in reverse so I've been having a little trouble moving her around.
Sorry, I missed this live stream as I was out Sunday🙁.
To be fair, the PO may well not have been aware of the fault as it may have occurred due to standing on his drive for several months.
I’ve sorted it.
Great stream, watched it on Sunday night. What Cheshire show are you going to? I willl be at my local show at RAF Burtonwood on the 8th, but think it clashes with a bigger show at Cholmondely castle.
Cholmondeley.
When is Rustival 2 and how do I book my car in if I decide to show it? Andrew
Ireland hello
I watched the video a day late. Haven't got the first clue why I stuck it out. Must be hypnotic because it wasn't that interesting. Cn anyone explain?
You know that as British citizens you don't need any passport to live in Ireland, the Common Travel Area still applies as it has since the 1920's. It was part of the Brexit agreement insisted on by both UK and IE.
It's more that an Irish passport restores our free movement in the EU.
@@HubNut Forgot about that but the 90 day Schengen area restriction will apply, unlimited non Schengen, just spend an hour or day outside Schengen and the clock resets (23:59-00:01 as next day). Must get an IE one, can be done on the years I've lived here. Went to renew my lost expired (30 years ago) UK one 5 years ago but can't be done online, only in person, an appointment needed in London, I need access to the original 1960's application or a renewal, that's still only in paper form that I don't have. The Passport Office at the Embassy in Dublin closed about 10 years ago. 3 months a MegaNutter! Tempus fugit.
Have you ever had a Skoda Estelle I have a d reg one had for about 18 years not on the road at the moment
I have, a very long time ago.
Hi it's Andy in Wiltshire you are coming over to me ok
Sadly I don't think we're making it this side of September.
Sorry to ask again.
Hello
Ah I wasn't up
Another time!
Signal great hello
I guess it had to happen one day. Mini HubNut and I finally have opposite views on an iconic car. I'm old and decrepit now and would probably need a greased rubbish chute to get into a GT6 so maybe I'll end up on his side in the end.
I've never done the Twitter/X thing but it seems from my consumption of American financial news that its a platform for one billionaire to politically support another; not at all my cup of tea at all.
