So we have seen two different timings. This one is 2-10-2, the other is 3-8-3, and I believe they may have been another timing in the Google search as well. Either way, we did get ours to work again by the reset process. It then proceeded to quit pretty much soon after. We only used the remote maybe 3 times before it went out again. I have tried everything the same and no avail. So frustrated! Any ideas??
Your best bet would be to contact the dealer who sold you the product, they should be able to help you out with the issue. It's not normal for the programming to only last a few times after being programmed. Checked my GFCI and reset it after unplugging the awning. The GFCI for that outdoor plug is
located in the bathroom

Mine wasn't working, animals had chewed through the excess cord I had tucked behind my steps.
