This is a “Sanjiegun” demonstration that Li Lianjie performed on the Japanese TV program when he came to Japan for the promotional campaign of the film "Martial Arts of Shaolin" in 1986.

日本に来て演武をしてくれていたんですね。
小学生の時、映画「少林寺」を観に行き、初めて三節棍という武器がある事を知って暫く(仲間内で)ブームだったのを覚えています。
李連杰と言えば、三節棍のイメージでした。
難怪演霍元甲時把三節棍耍這麼好！
李连杰在那个年代的武术套路比赛中就是王者，可惜也正是套路比赛限制了他武术发展的可能性，赵长军也一样。如果没有动作评分形式的比赛，李连杰和赵长军等人应该是能创编出优秀拳种的武术家。
私も、憧れて、偽物だけど三節棍買いました。扱い方がホントに難しいです😅

@@jetlino.1126 I'm just curious where the Japanese comment came from. This is all Chinese wushu and Jet Li is Chinese maybe I misunderstood.
@@shadowmuniplitive yes jet li is from chinese mainland but now he is Singaporean not chinese citizen anymore and that video above he performed in japan. But as far as i know japanese close the door for the world until early 2000s but how they open the door for Chinese martial art artist jet li and let him performed in 1986, jackie chan also very famous in japanese at that time.
@@jetlino.1126 The Japanese were trading with many nations since at least 1853? It's true a lot of masters post WWII would learn from China and take what they learned back to Okinawa that's how the Sanjiegun got it's sister the Sansetsukon a shorter version of the Sanjiegun from master Shinko Matayoshi

He is my favorite wushu athlete but i thing there was many better wushu athletes than he. I thing he won for his charisma.

This is a traditional style staff without ball bearing swivels and non circular old fashioned links. I'm pretty sure it'd fly off if he was trying to go ham. Cheeseburger?
