Hello! I don't think you need to change your LLC's name just because you have changed your domain name. However, if you're a business that is operating strictly online and you are assuming a new brand name, it would make sense to get a DBA.
Please Is there an online firm that can deal with the accounting & tax side of the business? accountants that can work for an LLC that does stock trading as a business are few I think!
Hello Otman. There are definitely accounting companies out there that can help you out. A Google search with "accounting company in 'mystate' " can probably solve your situation :)
@@simplify_llc i'm non us citizen is this make so much difference, means does I need an accountant to work on the stock nvesting side of the company? I really appreciate your insight ^^
In terms of needing an accountant or not - it's really an individual question. The main goal is to understand the tax system that applies to you (which country you are a tax resident in) and then make sure you are taking care of all your taxes according to the local legislation. If an accountant is needed for that, you can definitely hire them to make sure that all the taxes are paid in time and correctly. Wish you good luck!
