    Full Day diet plan for 1600 & 800 meter.
    🔸Wake up 5:30 am ⏰️
    🔹Fresh up & Drink warm water with lemon 🍋
    🔸 6Am to 8AM Ground practice.
    🔹Eat Sprouts with dry fruits & two banana
    🔸If your are interested have Break fast .
    🔹lunch any curries with 2 boiled eggs 🥚
    🔸Evening have 2 Bananas or any fruit then go to ground practice
    🔹Dinner 2 boiled eggs with soya chunks or chicken or any curries
    🔸Tips -Drink water 4-5 liters to avoid pains Take good protien food
    Consistency is more important

    Head rotation 360 is even banned in Olympics for warm up,that is not advisable at all,only do 180 degree rotation,back side nerves are very delicate at the neck ,so many don't know this.
