Full Day diet plan for 1600 & 800 meter.
🔸Wake up 5:30 am ⏰️
🔹Fresh up & Drink warm water with lemon 🍋
🔸 6Am to 8AM Ground practice.
🔹Eat Sprouts with dry fruits & two banana
🔸If your are interested have Break fast .
🔹lunch any curries with 2 boiled eggs 🥚
🔸Evening have 2 Bananas or any fruit then go to ground practice
🔹Dinner 2 boiled eggs with soya chunks or chicken or any curries
🔸Tips -Drink water 4-5 liters to avoid pains Take good protien food

I have (sayatika) a problem i.e disck L4,L5. Iam not able to practice effectively if I practice more I am not able walk for 2 days so please guide me how to practice. If I take rest 2 or 3 days it's ok to walk.so please guide me how to overcome it.😟😟😟😟😟😟😟😟😟😟😟😟
Please consult a doctor before u start running … do back strength training exercise as per doctors advise . U can also start physio therapy
