  • I'm so excited that finally, after months of tries and fails to make CV/Gates work, I succeeded!
In my previous design, I had a lot of digital noise cause I didn't make proper filtering. Now, finally, I can say that all hardware functionality of BlueARP works as expected. Not perfect (for me, perfectionist, almost nothing is perfect), but it's good enough for serial production.
So, here I show all the analog stuff BlueARP unit has - CV/Gates and Analog Input.

how is the timing of the sequencer? does it drift or jitter?

Honestly, I don't know yet. I hope it is stable enough. But to make sure, I need this: midisizer.com/midigal/midiclk/, or something like this, to make sure. I think it is possible to make it stable enough, cause this MCU has enough power.

Really cool, like the cv. Can it run multiple arps/sequences at the same time sync'd to external clock + the CV ? Put me down as a beta buyer.

Thanks. It's mostly a MIDI device, CV outputs are kinds extra. You can connect either one synth via CV+Gate+Velocity or two with CV+Gate only. Of course, you can connect other synths via MIDI at the same time. It can get external sync either from MIDI (already implemented) or from external pulse clock, connected to audio input (not implemented yet)

You gotta love the dirty fixes ^^
More seriously, that oscilloscope is purely amazing. I am baffled by the fact such a "weak" (not the best word) CPU is capable of so many things with efficient programming ;)

Thank you, my friend! To be honest, it is not that weak. Risking to look like an old nerd, I'll say this board has a 120 MHz ARM CPU, while my first computer (Intel 486DX) had 66 MHz CPU, and 100 MHz was a wet dream at that time. So it even has some extra juice, and I hope I can use it to implement audio beat detection or maybe to add some other cool things I'll invent later.

@@graywolf2004ru You certainly don't sound like an old fart, but more of a man of the '80s. Quite simply, you grew with different times, just as we'll call me an old crump 50 years down, because my first PC had an AMD Athlon CPU, and i lived in an era where archaïc 3G was predominant... What a pleb will i seem to those younglings !
