Al Di Meola, live in Athens, Greece Feb. 20 2016

We're stoked he chose Athens - a city he's visited numerous times over the decades, as he said - to kick off his tour to promote his new album Elysium, that we picked up after the show.
A warm crowd at Gazarte welcomed Lebanese percussionist Rony Barrak with whom Di Meola generously shared the stage. Barrak flew from Beirut with his darbouka to play alongside Di Meola as special guest in an impromptu performance thoroughly enjoyed by all.
Sorry about the shakiness in some parts of the video. Holding a handheld DSLR all night can become a little tiring.

Great performance, i love it, Al, Peo and Rony are simply amazing, I was in figueira da foz concert in Portugal, it was wonderful.
