Mental Health First Aid with the T2 Team

At T2 we believe that to break down the stigma associated with mental health conditions and support those who are struggling, we need people in our workforce who have the skills to have these conversations with team members and guide them to support if they are struggling or in a crisis situation.
We are excited to share that T2 has been recognised by Mental Health First Aid Australia for our Mental Health First Aid Skilled Workplace Program. Over the past 18 months we have trained and appointed 10% of our global workforce as Mental Health First Aiders.
