Sir you are designs are superb but one thing is missing....you don't show overhead water tank and solar placement in the terrace....I agree terrace is a beautiful place for home gardening.

I love all your designs and have subscribed your channel since last 3 years. One thing that I don't find right is the cut out for ventilation in the back(or any other side) when there is already another property on that particular side of the plot. This seems to be a security/privacy breach. If no other property on that side then obviously it's a great idea.

@@GreenlineArchitects-GLA thank u for reply but please clear. We r using RCC slab in every roof slab. But almost in each video u r showing skylight over a staircase roof. How, i mean which kind of slab gives skylight. Please tell. This is a great solution of darkness in staircase. I also want use in my staircase.

Sir aapke dimensions mujhe bilkul nahi samajh aate, jo aapne rear ots ka size mention kiya hai woh 4.5' X 14.5' hai, aur plot ki front aur rear 15' hai, toh dono side ki wall thickness 0.5/2 = 0.25' or 0.25 feet hai? i.e., 3 inch. I have never heard or seen a 3 inch thick wall nor there is brick available in this size. And because plot is attached to other plots, wall thickness should be atleast 9 inch or 230mm. Is there anyone in your whole company or firm who can explain me about this?
Sir these dimensions are approximate, not exact measurements, these are just to give you the idea of space, not for the working & execution so it might be inaccurate in some places.
4.5"+4.5" = 9" in feet its 0.75 feet
15 - 0.75 = 14.25 Feet to be precise
But if you apply a 0.5 roundoff software will tell you either 14.0 feet or 14.5 feet, & both are correct to give the conceptual idea of the space.
Brick dimensions are 9" X 4,5" X 3"
so a 3" wall can also be possible & at some places people will use it for non-load bearing partition walls.
Also, there are prefabricated blocks are available & come in every size & dimension.
