    I splurged and bought a 1/2 horsepower 12” Berkel commercial meat slicer for my home and I know from experience that inexpensive chuck roast sliced thin is indistinguishable from rib eye and New York strip when used for Philly cheesesteak recipes in case you ever want to experiment with a cut of beef that’s less expensive.
    Also, I’ve made cheeseburger sandwiches with the folded pizza dough like you used here and they are fantastic. I used seasoned ground beef, sautéed onions, mozzarella, cheddar, dill pickles and homemade Big Mac sauce. They taste like a Big Mac pizza!

    Love this idea and parbaking. I do this with my cast iron and gas oven. Turns out amazing. Im looking forward to having a firepit again, doing cast iron over wood coals is alot of fun....

    Looks delicious Vito. The whipping cream is a great idea to add creamy texture to your creations. Domino seemed to really enjoy. For me a good Philly cheese steak needs to have saute sweet peppers and mushrooms too.

    That looked amazing Vito, I don’t know if you could get the ingredients. But there is a pub in Australia that has a pizza called the coat of arms. This is the topping they use. half emu & half pepper kangaroo, slow roasted tomato, charred peppers, lemon myrtle mayo. It would be good to see you make your own version of this. Cheers Michael

    Amazing looking steak. It reminds me of prosciutto. The pizzas look amazing.

    Hello Vito I stumbled on your channel, I love your passion for pizza, I have a question about pizza doe, first if I use Goats milk instead of water, how does it change the flavor of the crust? and zero flour is hard to find, what would be an alternative that also works well, thanks

    I have made this often, cheese steak pizza, though I add green peppers with it, and a mix of provolone and mozzarella cheese. They never last longer than a few minutes. All are eaten as fast as I can make.

    Vito is it important to refrigerate the dough balls after double in size or we can keep it unrefrigerated?

    Vito, got an electric pizza oven for Christmas! It can reach 400C! For 100% poolish can I use at max 400C? 🫣
