Guest fishing is not entirely wrong. But it becomes a problem when the guest players request to not have any players with more powerful cars. But they insisted on joining the race. So it's not entirely black and white. It is on a case by case basis.
As much as I like picking on bullies like what you're doing. Teaching these GUEST players how to get into the game by buying a Bana passport is more beneficial.
