I like this idea. To stretch your glitter supply, I paint the cheap kosher rock salt & mix with the rest of my glitter. I just grind it a bit for smaller pieces before mixing with paint & glue. Even used some unused cat litter one time. If u need to stabilize the spacers more milk bottle lids/ or bottle caps work good too; old prescription bottles too.

Very pretty, I’m concerned that the paper rolls will warp over time in the bathroom with the moisture. Causing you to lose sturdiness. Maybe try a pool noodle.
I agree on toilet paper rolls may not hold on. Better to use plastic tubes which I believe one can get at Home Depot. Will try this and come back and let you know. Will use golf or tennis balls instead. Great shelf all the same!!👏
