Plus you also stay in better shape to.I all ways felt brand new when I took walkes and became edict to just talking walks. It was better than just being lonely, bored and miserable. It became more like a personal shrine that became special to me.

I believe miracles can still happen, i witness Gods power of of miracles though faith, prayer and the bible and talking to other Christians. Im alot more stronger now telling people about God and confident and comfortable to feel a discomfort to witness are loving jesus christGod. Ty for all your blessing amen.

I learned i enjoyed being along for peace.Alot of times just talking walkes were more beneficial than just staying home in misery. Walking alot became my special event i could look forward too. It was better than getting frustrated about night being invited to some places. People would ask: Dennis were are going? I would say im going on one of my wild adventures.
