so the instrument for chords are from 'pads'? I always confuse in choosing what instrument I should use for the chords. Because in most plugins, the categories are just lead, basses, pads, arp. There is no "chords"

well the relative key of g minor is b flat (a#) major so he probaly made the melody in the major scale
