I purchased MacBook Pro 2251, i7-16-512 on 7 December 2024, received today, but fully different not matched provided picture and videos, they told 113 cycle count, but received 309 cycle count and also missing adaptor and cable, heavy scratch and bottom rubber. Trying to contact but ignored. I don't want to go police case or consumer forum court.
