    Hi Stacey.I hope you are feeling better! I've been enjoying keeping a food diary for the first time - it's really helping me make better choices. What planner do you use for your food and exercise tracking?

      Hey Rachel! I'm glad that the food diary is helping you. It helped me lost 30 pounds a few years ago (10 years really). I use a Happy Planner Fitness Extension Pack. It is actually in my Happy Planner, but they do sell one at Hobby Lobby that is only Fitness. Michael's sells the Extension Pack. You can get that for 7.99 I think and then a set of the small disks to hold it all together. I hope that's helpful. I'm really glad that you are following along on my channel and leaving me comments.     Good job changing the planning - if that unmotivates you then good that you are trying something different. Thank you for the shout out! :-) My goals 1. 12 - 8 oz glasses of water a day, 2. - workout 6 times this week 3. track everything I eat. 4. stick to my food plan. Always enjoy your videos.
