You can find best offbeat location bw mountains and clouds near Pasta...u can see on map near by forest bliss resort
There is a new golf course coming up in Dehradun. It's in a untouched location ahead of Paundha and near Jaspal Rana shooting range. I own some land there. Would love to host you there. Must visit place for your homestay project.

Wish n pray that we do stop the business of owning and turning everything into money making medium. Whatever nature is left n locale has kept simple and natural recpecting the nature.
The desire to start owning and buying and turning everything into a Business at any cost is concerning n not a great idea . We have spoilt the metro ...the villages and the B towns and now we are getting into these places to do the same.
