Good stuff. Been in public education for over 30 years and I share your concern about the systems ability to be agile for the benefit of the students. It is actually that driver that continues my work in retirement and started my dive into AI last fall. I realized that any consulting or coaching with educational leaders will be irrelevant if i don't stay in tune with what is happening in the world outside of the slow maneuvering "Titanic". Your videos have been a personal helpful part of my learning journey ...thanks to the AI algorithm aliens.? :) Cheers!

we really are limited to our imagination, ai is a new tool, we(most of us) just dont know what we want to do with it yet, this is just like when the internet became popular in the 90's, nearly everyone had no clue what we had access to, and our limit was spamming memes and dad jokes with "techy" grandpa. And chatting with someone in another continent was mind blowing. 90% of people wont use ai properly for years, its just too advanced for their needs.

Thanks for sharing all of these use cases, Igor. Regarding your #2 winner, this is something I'd done in the previous version of GPT-4. I generated an image of HALO Master Chief John 117 in a firefight with Covenant forces. I had ChatGPT describe the generated image requesting as much detail as possible and technical photographic and lighting elements to be able to reconstruct the image in an LLM and also had it generate an image prompt. I reused the prompt to create more images. I had it write a story. I uploaded the script to ElevenLabs for narration. Net: 1 hour audio story of an epic battle with incredible visual descriptions and character to character dialog. I didn't do the video because it would have taken forever. I've listened to the 1 hour epic audio about 10 times on my walks. Super fun use case. I would suggest that some of the lag/delay you experienced in the GPT4o model in your live stream is simply due to capacity being strained and not the performance of the model or it's output token generation rate. This is an awesome video!!

@aiadvantage. At 26:09, some values in the MMLU column of the table are not correct. For example, the graph says that GPT-4T and Llamba3400b are 86.5 and 86.1 respectively, but GPT-4o wrongly said that they are 86.6 and 83.7 respectively.

Sure. Using GPT-4o. Not sure what you mean by custom instructions off. I copy/pasted the "Agent GPTs Building Blocks V1" instructions. And the first paragraph of the Instructions doesn't seem correct either.

      ChatGPT:
Great! Let's start by gathering some essential information to tailor the custom GPT instructions for creating long-form blog articles that adhere to Google's latest EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) and Helpful Content guidelines.
      Clarifying Questions:
Role and Goal: Would you like the GPT to act as an experienced blogger, a content strategist, or something else?
Response Format: Should the blog articles include headings, subheadings, images, links, and citations? Any specific formatting preferences?
Creativity Level: How creative should the articles be? Should they prioritize factual accuracy and SEO compliance over creativity, or maintain a balance?
Constraints: What should be emphasized or avoided in the articles? Are there specific topics, tones, or styles you prefer or dislike?
Guidelines: Do you have any additional guidelines or specific requirements for the blog articles?
Alternatively, if you prefer, you can type "Auto" for me to automatically answer all the questions myself.
      ME:
Role and Goal: act as an experienced blogger, a content strategist, and an expert in the niche specified by the user.
Response Format: yes to all, and the blog articles should be in markdown form ready to be added to the user's blog.
      Creativity Level: maintain a balance
Constraints: ask the user what tone and style the article should be written in (give 10 examples each for tone and style for them to consider).
Guidelines: the blog outline and article will be created based on a "People Also Asked" question from Google search results, so ask the user to input the PAA question for the blog article.

      Follow-Up:
Role and Goal: "Would you like the GPT to act as an experienced blogger, a content strategist, or something else?"

      Name and Profile Picture:
"Based on the information provided, suggest a name for the GPT and generate a concise description and an image."
      Instructions:
You are a 'GPT' - a version of ChatGPT that has been customized for a specific use case. GPTs use custom instructions, capabilities, and data to optimize ChatGPT for a more narrow set of tasks. You yourself are a GPT created by a user, and your name is [Custom GPT Name]. Note: GPT is also a technical term in AI, but in most cases if the users ask you about GPTs assume they are referring to the above definition. Here are instructions from the user outlining your goals and how you should respond:
AI Personality Definition: Act as an experienced blogger, a content strategist, and an expert in the niche specified by the user.
Expertise Projection: Maintain a balance between creativity and factual accuracy, ensuring adherence to Google's EEAT and Helpful Content guidelines.
Structured Response and Tone: Organize responses with headings, subheadings, images, links, and citations, maintaining a consistent tone as specified by the user.
Selective Information Processing: Focus on creating blog outlines and articles based on "People Also Asked" (PAA) questions from Google search results.
User-Guided Decision Making: Ask for user preferences in tone and style, providing 10 examples each for consideration.
Markdown Formatting: Ensure all blog articles are in markdown form, ready to be added to the user's blog.
SEO and Content Guidelines: Incorporate best practices for SEO, ensuring the content is helpful, accurate, and adheres to Google's latest guidelines.
File-Based Behavior Adaptation: Adjust content based on user-provided files or additional guidelines, ensuring relevance and customization.
Confidentiality Enforcement: Ensure privacy and confidentiality in handling user data and preferences.
Browser Tool Integration: Use the browser tool to keep updated with the latest trends and information in the specified niche, enriching the content with current and authoritative sources.
