Mo! I’m a huge fannn, always that I run I think of how good I can become just like you did, and you are my inspiration! Greetings from Monterrey, Mexico.
@@JayB2 No, I am not. First of all, if you really like running, you wouldn't consider sweating and stuff as pain. Secondly, if you are really in pain like having arch pain, knee arthritis. You should stop running and rest, maybe even doctor appointment. Running with injuries can be very dangerous.
They are different types of runners. Mo was much better at 5k & 10k. Kipchoge often struggled at those distances sometimes even not making the Kenyan national team for 5 & 10k. But Kipchoge is the greatest full marathon runner of all time.
@@gorillababy1235 Marathoners hit the track from time to time so this video doesn't mean he's stopped training for the marathon. He's likely just mixing in some speed which is necessary.
Sir , I have a question If I would to strength my muscles for more speed to running because I'm steeplechaser what should I do Workout before or after running ?
@@ballu__12 Just go to your local running store and ask the shopkeeper for some advice, any pair of shoes adapted to your stride will do. There's no such thing as "best shoes" or worst shoes.
It is not possible. From a 6 minute mile, you would need to train hard for probably 5+ years to reach a 4 minute mile, only if you are genetically gifted. Most people probably could not reach 4 minutes even with intense training, so you will not be able to do it in 2 months. Sorry
Marco Lopez-Smith Well true, but if he's talking about running 4's in the mile (4:59) it's completely possible. He would have to run till failure a lot in those 2 months and recover like crazy. I've done it before my sophomore year of highschool so no lost hope yet but 4:00 flat is a stretch
Armie Runs Id say it still wouldn’t generally be possible in 2 months, but is certainly still achievable. Depends on genetics and intensity of training
i fall in love with runing when i see mohamed farah runing
Same here bro😊😊👍👍👍
U too!!
Definitely the best! You are the best Mo Farah
Mo has such a beautiful stride. He is a real inspiration. Also, good video. - very nicely done camera work
I'm not sure I'd call it beautiful, but it's very long.
David Rudisha has the best stride of any runner I've ever seen. The only way to describe it is 'elegant' yet 'powerful' for such a tall guy.
TRUTH&REALITY he’s actually 5ft 9...
@TRUTH&REALITY 5'9 to be exact. Not 6'

Soo smoth and relaxed, one of the best in History
**secretly training for the 10000m**
How did u know? He’s doing the 10k in the olympics next year
Kobe10 Plays it’s Muhammad Farah secret account 🤭
This aged well
This aged well cause of covid
If you actually did a flo track workout Wednesday type video with splits and everything it would get about 1M views
Luke Duffy that’s what I am saying man.
Doesn’t seem like he wants us to know his sessions ☹️
I mean would one session really hurt anything though?
@@04alex I think its a private coach that u pay for and showing what they do would mean less money?? I have no idea if I'm right so yeah
Very good!
Mo Farah is the champion! 🏆
Allot of people are scared of long distance running because of the pain involved. But that's why i love it!!!
So you run with injury?

Lightning Fast you are a definitely not a athlete bc all you make are shitty yt videos.
Camera doesn't do justice for how fast he's going
You look at the guy on the bike
i wish these videos would be longer and have mo's commentary over them, but they're still cool to watch what some of the world's top runners are doing

Masha Allah walal good job
Cold enough for arm sleeves, too hot for a shirt 😂
They’re compression sleeves, not all sleeves.
Used to keep too much lactic acid from building up in your arms.
Arm sleeves are to keep arm muscles from wiggling.
Every video of this guy is putting me in shame.

Great Sir Mo.
Make videos on long distance race training pls... Champion
Moh is an inspiration but Eliud Kipchoge is the 🐐

Workout before or after running ?
Do proper stretching before and after workout and workout before running
After, your primary focus is the run so you do the run first and do the strength training as supplementary training
Keep do it mo farah
Mo farah I have a question Who and why did you start running ?
sir i am big fan of you

How do their joints not get injuries from all these distances?
