@@comi6597 more like Act 3 likely an Avengers style act where Fohen creates its subfactions (Hailhead, likely the Moon Soviets and Wings of Coronia, most likely successors to the Allies and Scorpion cell) with both subfactions still using Allied and Soviet tech for the most part. Expect time travel in Act 4 though I have a feeling because RA is practically created by it.

Dunno, but Mental Omega seems so out of place for a classic RA2 player as myself. Those effects are just too much, also unit design is completely different and no matter how many times I look at it, I just can't get used to it. I do prefer mods where devs actually try to mimic the original designs so that the mod seems more like an official expansion. Here, there's just too much going on, so many useless particles, fires and smoke. Not saying it's all bad, just not my cup of tea.
