I'm in Recovery and have been for 24 year's. We're responsible for our own program. There are Meetings 3 times a day and we have a Sponsor and friends in the rooms who we can call anytime. Leah makes the program look bad.

I have 32 years of sobriety a lot of these people don't think they're an alcoholic or an addict I swear by this program without this program I would not be alive today people in the program and the people has been there for me the ups and downs and I gave all my gratitude to God in that program

It’s pork, and it’s also the fact that kosher food has to be prepared in a certain way. I am event planner and usually one would make a request for a kosher meal. And food for them is usually ordered separately from a kosher vendor.

Most of them can have up to three or four different user "profiles" and "hypothetically" 😬🤫 ANYONE can get into someone elses streaming account, set up a user profile seperate from the paying owner's user profile, and then have COMPLETE AND FREE access...they just need the login information, the user ID/name/whatever and password. Then "hypothetically" you can get into whichever streaming service/s at your own home, and sign in/log in with the actual paying subscriber's (user ID/name/account/whatever) and password, sign in, then create your own account (meant for people living in the SAME home as the paying subscriber, wanting to make sure that their shows logarithm's stay seperate and don't effect the other zprofiles on the account), but they don't sit there and split hairs about WHY is your account being CONSISTENTLY streamed all week at one address and at the exact same time at a different address? So, either one person can pay, but two or three people can get it for free as well, if the subscriber is cool about it/generous, etc., then however many people are allowed to have their own profile on whichever streaming service (some allow 3, some allow 4 ,(+/-) profiles on each account) like if there's three profiles. Oh, yeah! Also, if you have a credit card that has the Amazon Prime Rewards Points benefit instead of like free flyer miles or whatever, you automatically also get free Amazon Prime streaming service! I remember there was a way to get that way higher Christian streaming network, but can't think of it's name, much less HOW to GET/qualify for the free plan...

I remember when Terry Dubrow was lasering the tattoo wedding ring off, that Tamara had that said Simon, or doing some other procedure on her, and she says when she gets nervous she gets diarrhea, and she went to the bathroom at his office, and they had to shut down surgeries because of the contamination! Unless Terry dubrow was teasing, which I don't think he was, because someone asked him, if he really had to shut it down, and he said yes you have to have it really sterile when you're doing any kind of surgery!

Cut OFF the STREAMING SERVICES, is he SERIOUS?!!! Hello, Adam and Jason, listen "up" (excuse the pun, I HAD to😏)!!! Consider EXACTLY what you do to prepare every day and night to prepare for and "research" for your job (you LITERALLY use all of the streaming services to watch the shows that you then go on to the podcast to speak about! They are ESSENTIAL for your job)! Can we say "Tax Write-Off"?!!! 💰(J.M.O., but I DID work AT the IRS for a little over 5 years, until I had to take almost 2 years off for back surgery, taking more accounting, math, tax law, economics, etc. classes (like 90%+ of those 1 year and 9 months) while recuperating and PT...then started working at a national chain Tax (and financial planning type) Services Company for 4 years and 4 and a 1/2 months (when Covid shut "us" (aka everyone) down, becoming permanently disabled shortly before the U.S. re-"opened" and have been since), so I LIVED the in's-and-out's of taxes for 11 and a 1/2 years straight...but take my suggestion w/a grain of salt, I guess🤷♀️)!
(You can go back and retroactively file corrected Tax forms for every past year it applied to as well, but confirm if tax laws changed, if they added a possible correction term-limit...like if now you can only correct 4 years back, for example (they are different forms though, not like just second fixed duplicate 1040-whatever's)! Cha-Ching!🤑

Oh shoot, it just occurred to me...💡If y'all didn't claim your streaming expenses, then j.i.c. I'll also mention: Don't forget about Bravolebrity Podcast/Patrion (spelling?) subscription costs, your home's internet service (your podcast recording studio being IN your home, so I ASSUME uses the same modem/wifi), the electricity you use to light and run all of your electronics and equipment to record, edit, etc. your podcasts (you would probably have to pay a tax accountant or tax law specialist, to help calculate the exact wattage and dollar amount you can legally include/claim), not to mention money spent for/on your entire recording studio, like anything/everything for all of your lighting and sound equipment (bulbs and batteries even), not to mention all of your electronics and equipment for lighting, recording, editing, your computer terminal and monitor, etc....if you look at/use your phone to look at bravo/pop culture news, to contact co-hosts, possible interview guests or other people related to or helping with the show Etc.), you can claim your cell phone/phone service, if you installed sound proofing in your new home (past homes/past year's taxes) it's for your podcast...and likely TONS of other business NECESSARY expenses (that not being a podcaster aren't coming immediately to mind) I'd HOPE you already thought to claim, but year after year I saw people with 10, 20, 40+ years of not claiming several to hundreds of thousands in legitimate business expenses, not realizing something can be created for personal use and is used by millions of people all around the world, for non-business...but when someone ALSO uses those items for business purposes? 99% Claimable! But of course research local tax qnd accounting firms, and find a small business specislist at a level of at least 6, but preferably 7, and explain your job and POSSIBLE (3? 4?) years worth of missed/unclaimed business expense write-off's, and see if they agree you need to file corrections for each year you've been podcasting...well, Jason too if y'all filed "maried/joint", not "married, but seperate filings" when you did your last 3 or 4 years of taxes...)
I would be interested to know, IF you hadn't realized about claiming some/all of these, and others, and you DO file ammended/corrected returns, how much money is ACTUALLY owed to you/get's returned to you, and how MANY items/bills/other charges you ended up getting to claim in the 3 or 4 years of ammendments! VERY intetesting...🤔

In my home town (very small, less than 2,000) in one of the clothing stores they provide customers w mimosas when they walk in. They ask 1st but guess Leah shouldn’t go into any retail stores that do this since she has no coping skills.

Private conversations unrelated to the lawsuit do not have to be provided as part of the discovery process. Andy's lawyers only have to provide information if it pertains to the lawsuit. Feel free to confirm with Emily D Baker. The judge just allowed discovery to move forward and this is standard discovery process.
Pro bono is free. Most likely taking the case for notoriety.

Adam, you should familiarize yourself with workplace legislation. Your comparisons to Leah going to a restaurant or friend’s house are apples and oranges. Not saying Leah is right, but employers have different obligations than a friend or restaurant would. Also, you both are minimizing the part where she said she was encouraged to drink for ratings. Most people are not allow d to get drunk in the workplace so it comes down to what the law says about this. No matter how much it seems like the housewives are just friends hanging out, they are at work and their employer has to adhere to the same labor laws as any other.
They are independent contractors. Bravo is technically not an employer.
She filed her lawsuit under ADA which is part of Title Vll, that is what I am speaking to, but depending on the circumstances, reality show talent can be considered employees and therefore protected under labor laws.
