You can't imagine how much my understanding of mechanics grows through your videos. Your channel is one of the best things that could ever happen to me!
Hello, I would like to know if there is any way to know if you have a type of mechanism that I need. I only know how to explain it through drawings, I didn't find anything like it.
Greetings from Malaysia Mr Thang. Thanks for the wonderful animation. The design of the yellow part (I'd call it a quadrant) creates a weak spot where the straight line from the gear teeth meets the outer circle on both sides. This can cause the part to break off and the mechanism to fail. In real life it can even cause an accident. The straight line should meet the circle with a tangent, ensuring maximum strength. But a great video nonetheless.
Round the two corners with large radius if the strength calculation proves they are weak points. Furthermore, pay attention to the fact that the quadrant is fixed to the seat back frame with two pins.

Great to hear!

Genius
I’m always fascinated at how simple yet perfectly functional your designs are. Definitely two traits of a master.
Glad you like them!
hi, great work, which software for simulation? thanks
All videos in this channel are made in Autodesk Inventor, Dynamic Simulation.
👏
Is this how they actually work?
That's really cool
I love the creaky spring noise of this mechanism

Giường nâng hạ 3 đoạn gồm rất nhiều cơ cấu.
Khó mô phỏng vì quá phức tapj
Great!
謝謝!
Thank you.
