Just got off this ship week ago, people where super nice. The food wasn't bad. It was relaxing and view was good all around no matter where u was on the boat, it's not hidden behind glass. What I didn't like about it, the music beside pool sucked if the DJ was not present. The upgraded package for a room was not worth the extra. We had friends down stairs and we took aqua class. No different between the 2 except room view. Never in your room anyways. The Blu restaurant for aqua had the same food as buffet except few things, it all taste the same. Marco next door to Blu had better food. Things I would change , upgraded classes and pool music Things that was great, service and view
I love the older ships.I want to take my family 14 including 5 children on a cruise for a longer cruise around 14 days or more .Do you think this ship is suitable.Sometime next year.
I sailed this ship when it was nearly new. There are a lot of changes. Michael's Club for retreat guests only? That's unfortunate. As is the redo of it. It was much more elegant in its original form. And it was a piano bar at one time, too. Most of the additional restaurants are well done. The grand main dining room looks pretty much left alone as it should be IMO. But will they change it? I don't agree with brightening up the lounges and thought the original colors worked fine. But the spaces are the same and the two big lounges, the Rendezvous and Sky Lounge are huge parts of the ship for mingling, dancing, and enjoying music. The Reflection lounge is great for views.
Hi, Do you also provide discount for the Celebrity Constellation for non-americans? We would love to hear more information about your special offers, but calling the number will cost a lot since we are not Americans. Hope to hear from you, maybe you have some e-mailadres we can reach to?
I was on this ship in 2006 for a transatlantic (unforgettable voyage that was!). It was in its prime then. But even after refurbishing, it looks quite dated compared to the latest ships out within the last 3 years. The so called Aqua Class veranda looks older than the Prime Oceanview on the Silhouette, and the Silhouette is not even the latest class of ship such as the Apex. This thing is 20+ years old and it shows. You are not wrong, @mellowbluepiano
@@redcapote4760 20 years old is not old for a ship. And all ships are dated. This ship has a timeless beauty because much of it is meant to be retro-modern. Contemporary is a style and what's contemporary today is dated tomorrow because whatever is trendy today may not be tomorrow. I don't want to go into the Empire State Building and see it full of so-called "updated" decor. I want it to look like how it looked when it was originally designed because great design is great design no matter the era. And ships aren't supposed to look modern and be new all of the time. The industry has gotten stupid with all of these new ships. They're suppose to last 40-60 years on average. So a 20 year old ship is barely middle aged. The Apex ship is dull compared to this because it lacks the warmth and charm of this ship. The best areas of the Apex is the Normandie and Cosmopolitan restaurants because they are retro-modern. I bet Eden is redesigned in less than 10 years.
Jason you said it. Buffet is 100% complimentary which means free and then say it is included in your cruise fare. Yes it is included so it is not complimentary at all which means free, you have paid for it in cruise fare so not complimentary or free at all. So many on here get this completely wrong.Enjoy your videos though.
Seeing as how nothing in the world is actually “free” it’s kinda a figure of speech that everyone knows what he means. “You won’t be charged more money for the buffet”
Why the f are the employees STILL wearing masks. This is moronic and downright evil! Celebrity should be ashamed if they're still enforcing this. Alternatively if they're NOT enforcing this, they need to educate their staff
Because covid is still about. Hospitals for instance in Australia still insist and quite righty so, on people wearing masks. If you think it has all gone away then you are a fool. Then look at the number of people with novo virus on cruise ships.
Keeps spit out of food, keeps numerous varieties of airborne illnesses from spreading as quickly, etc. Sickness of any variety breaking out on a boat is a bad thing if you weren't already aware. Quick, name a single reason why you think this is a bad thing that you didn't learn from facebook. Old people should be banned from using the internet or something lol it rots their brains like nothing else.
buddy the moment one guy gets sick, your entire ship is a literal hot nest for viruses. The staff require protection the most due to the large implications virus's can have on cruise ships. 1 buffet cook is sick, and your entire ship is infected. Second of all, even if they aren't enforcing this, its the staffs own right to choose to wear a mask, and there's nothing you can do about it (stay mad!). I understand that wearing a mask for you is difficult, hard, and uncomfortable (cry!), but you can't force the crew of a densely populated 20 people/meter^2 ship to wear masks. I really don't understand why people like you are malding over people wearing masks. I personally feel no discomfort wearing one, it's just that I don't choose to. I also find it ironic you guys yell about freedom and rights but suddenly get all cry baby like when the staff of A *CRUISE SHIP* wear masks.
The buffet area is not 100% complimentary at all that is what you say first then contradict yourself by saying it is included in your fare which it is. Complimentary means free look it up and so many who should know better if in the travel business say the same thing they do not know what complimentary means.
Great video - I really appreciated your drone footage zooming in on the aspect that you were going to talk about next. Thank you!
My pleasure!

This ship looks so old 😢
In what way does it look old petals you could explain where it is old?
That should be perhaps you can explain how and where the ship looks old.

Literally only watched video to see casino action and if there are poker tables and you don’t point camera inside 🔥👎🏼

It’s free means you don’t have to pay for the food and services like you have to pay in Tuscan or any other place!

Pull your head in Howie ! No one cares about your mask mania.
