She is suffering from MS Multiple sclerosis which is a neurological condition. Problems with how you speak can be a symptom of multiple sclerosis. MS speech disorders includes slurring of speech and problems with it's quality too..

In this comment section I am glad people are not acting like misogynistic creeps but please remember that if you only respect women who agree with you then you don't respect that woman. You only respect yourself and those people who think like you and that's a very limited and regressive approach to life. You might not like someone's definition of feminism but that is no excuse to treat them as utter filth. I don't agree with her definition of feminism but I still respect her as a human being because she's a classy woman. I wish more Pakistanis can learn to agree to disagree with tolerance and class. I have seen a lot of her interviews and I know that she always felt she was ugly and also had social anxiety but she's so amazingly beautiful. Even without make up, her features are amazing even now at 41. She works so less but I knew she had been offered but it sucks that she works so less but that's just her. She should've done with SRK so her beauty could be seen. She has very different looks, just so beautiful. I feel only Iman Ali and Saba Qamar are extraordinary beautiful.

It was so obvious that Iffat got restless & offended when Iman started speaking about feminism, but hats off to Iman for standing firm on her ground. She is absolutely right, the way these desi aunties are putting the message of feminism across is absolutely wrong. Iman's explaination was right, it is societal issue but the newbie passionate feminists are not ready to take responsibility for the mess they have also created in the society.
