Thanks, it looks delicious and I am going to try it. However, i will replace the vegetable oil with extra virgin olive oil, This is why; The unsaturated fats found in vegetable oil, when heated tend to oxidize. In this form- more dangerous to body tissues and triggers inflammation etc, Vegetable oil is very bad for human consumption. Other than the vegetable oil, the plantains look awesome. Stay blessed,
