Me too, just started binge watching it. Nick and Adalind had instant chemistry. Honestly I think Juliette had better chemistry with Renard then with Nick.

In a sense she was not a bad girlfriend she was caring, ready to talk about stuff, and we know why nick can't talk to her ( but she is right nick indee hide something from her so it can't work), and that's the all point she had nothing meaningfull to share with the spectator, that's just "routine relationship" but in a good way, it seemed balanced, and working if they both stayed human sure.
She is to aside of the story and grimm world so to us watcher she does not fit in.
At first she can't get Nick's world ( but acceptance & denial arc are wonderfully done with Hank & Wu so she has nothing to had) . And then the issue is Nick he never accept that Julliette is an hexen... and to be fair at that momment the viewer & nick image of hexen is a pretty grim one.
Thing start to change with Adalin's motherhood in fact we see a brighter image of hexenbeast.
And Juliette is strong and great at 2 moments:
when she admit that she don't want to be human and stay hexen because it would be being blind again (at that moment she the closest to nick but nicks reject her)
When she say "you love Adalin" therefor even if a part of her do still in love with Nick she let him go and accept it allowing them to grow in a better way.

I've changed my opinion Adalind has become one of the good guys and Nick and Adalind are a good couple! I LOVE #Nadalind NADALIND IS COOL!

They aren’t talking about real life they are talking about a beautiful series of romance ,action, drama,and monster lore. Juliete and nick didn’t have chemistry IN THE SERIES they do in real life but in the the series adalind and nick had more chemistry not in real life since adiland and nick and more tension and romance in the series than Juliette and nick
