Awesome combo, love a good N/A engine. Nice to see my little VX get a mention there as it does rev to 8000rpm even though the tacho on the dash physically stops moving at 7000rpm so you need to guess the revs after that with your ears haha.

Love the Old School sound of a big cam, a built TH4OO with a big stall converter. Can't beat that sound. I reckon with drag radials on the back it could pull a low 5, or 4.9.💯. I dont reckon in South AUS You have to take your car to take your car anywhere even if your rego runs out. it just matters if a coppa pulls you up and sees illegal done then they'll defect you
No monkey money scam roadworthy bs here. Pick the car to drive, put 3 months rego on it. Let it lapse, drive another one. Re Register the other one again with 3 months rego when I feel like it. Have 3 other cars under the 25 year old historic rego costing $90 for 90 days a year. Allows a big selection of cars in storage What's a roadworthy? The way it should be. Y'all should be in the streets protesting your bs government scam.
Every state except NSW is sweet as long as you keep paying rego. One of my cars has been off the road for nearly 3 years and I keep paying rego because it's cheaper than letting it run out and then have to change everything back to standard to get a roadworthy again. Easier and cheaper to just keep paying the rego every year.💯
Seemed very sluggish - and the graph shows it really struggling to go forward. If it’s Wheel spin - time to get rid of the Chinese tyres and run decent higher profile semis slicks or softer compound tyres
@MrTroytroy I agree... with 4.11s in the diff and a built TH4OO with a big converter, I thought it would be a lot quicker. It sounds nice, but a little hesitant. I love the sound and the car looks great.💯👍👍
@@RossReviewsauLQ9 is a cast iron 6ltr engine and definitely good for boosted setups as they are stronger and weigh 100lbs more than the alloy blocks and his sounds like it’s a stroker so would be 402 to 408 cubic inches.
