Please how many inches seam allowance should be added to the burst and waist to make it big as you added to the hip. Because you just take 1inche inward on burst and 3inches inward on waist line. How do we determine how many inches seam allowance to be added to the burst and waist circumference after divided them into 4?

And decided to reduce by the mentioned inches
You can decide to use your across back measurement
Or loose measure around the body to get the measurements you want to use
