Definitely interested in this. Looking to upgrade this year. I need space for 5 and 2 dogs. This might just do it. I currently have an 18 foot bunk Jayco and it’s just way too small now.
First comment! Lol. So can you open the refrigerator when the slide is in? Also seems weird that there's a backsplash behind the sink but not behind the stove. And where's the pantry space?
Upgraded equalizer with wet bolts is nice, but why not add some shocks as well (or better yet, ditch the entire leaf spring suspension for a much better Dexter torsion independent suspension). And what's the deal with the kitchen counter extension being an inch or two lower than the rest of the countertops? Is it really rocket science to figure out how to make the extension portion EVEN and level with the existing countertops lol?
The answer generally boils down to $$. Place money in one area and take money away from another. Add the more expensive axles and one of two things happen. 1. The price goes up. OR 2. Money is taken away from other areas on the unit. This is true for ALL manufacturers.
@@WanderingWeekends, yeah, no, I get it. Torsion suspensions are expensive, especially when compared to cheap ol leaf springs. But they make such a huge difference. But it's a highly competitive landscape and unfortunately many of the manufacturers fear they can't effectively sell the value of the improved suspension, so they stick with worthless leaf springs and compete on price.
The tool they use in their logo is a compass (used to draw circles). A protractor is used to measure angles. If you look closely at their official logo you’ll see the half circle as well.
Ok, I showed my ignorance on the protractor comment, I had to look it up, but it is officially called a drawing compass, but in the end you were correct!! I apologize!!
We have a 28BH and I could not live without my pantry that was changed into countertop in this model. I love my camper!
RVs are always give and take. Some prefer countertop space. Luckily they still offer the 2800BH

I always like you videos, But isn’t that called a protractor and not a compass? I could be wrong, I am sure some engineer will inform us!! lol
Correct
