1 - If you have Rex Fury, you can warp there via a green Mario pipe that is in the 'Downtown' area of the game. It's in the enclosed circular area in the southern portion of Downtown. Break apart one of those big crates with Rex Fury and warp right there. 2 - After you get a red brick, you have to go to the police station basement and then ride that circular elevator to the top area. Here you can purchase your red bricks. After you purchase them, you need to pause the game, hit 'Extras'

I probably like the final mission best because of the story ending and the space sequence. As for the T-Rex, I haven't seen any way to ride him around other than in the story, which is unfortunate.
