hey, I am a non-medical person with a Master’s in Marketing, and I have been working in content writing and research for over 10 years. My experience includes SEO, blogs, copywriting, marketing content, and nearly all types of writing-related tasks. Can I pursue a career in medical writing with my hands-on writing experience? Yes absolutely you can use your experience for hospitals/clinics/medical agencies as people from medical background they can write good medical content but then they are not very good at technical aspects like SEO and marketing content, so yes with your given experience you can come to medical writing
