The provisions of the Treaties and the place of the Charter of Fundamental Rights will be presented, as well as the directives adopted by the EU institutions to combat discrimination. The question of their transposition into national law will also be raised. A focus on key decisions of the Court of Justice will show the impact of EU legislation on specific situations.
