    I went from being heavy to extremely fit within two years, being extremely dedicated. I surprised myself on how far I came. However, within this year working more etc. I have gained some pounds back. I have been reallyyyyyy lost on how to get myself back on track like I was before. It was like i lost the fit me completely, my entire mindset was gone! After coming across your channel I became extremely motivated and after watching a few videos of you just refreshing my mind I realized I didn't loose anything, I know what to do. Im back at it! So, thank you! Its nice to watch someone 100 percent genuine helping you out with your workouts and giving you tips!

      Unfortunately, you can't spot reduce fat. You can do a million ab exercises that will build your core but in order to see those muscles, we need to blast the fat. That's when I recommend HIIT. It changed my life tbh.

      Me too. I am a runner & trying to amp up my reps & weighs, but after legs I'm so sore it's messing up my running schedule. I was thinking maybe fewer reps....?

      gypsyqueen29 definitely try stretching after your workout and also before that'll help a lot. And also higher the weight it's better to do less reps and less weight higher rep :) neither is better but just a tip!

      stretch!! after every workout it's super important to stretch the muscles you've been training, I set aside 15 minutes to do so after every workout :) honestly changed my life, I'm still sore the next day but it's a good sore not awfully painful!!

    I had a hard time at first figuring out how to go about scheduling my workouts and realized that because my main goal was to have sculpted abs and drop fat, I needed to focus more on that to really see the results I want. So just this week I finally came up with a schedule that I really think will work for me and thought I might share it with you all if it might benefit you:
    Mon: Legs/Abs
    Tues: Shoulders/HIIT
    Wed: Chest & Tri/ HIIT
    Thurs: Legs/Abs
    Fri: Back & Biceps/HIIT
    Sat: Circuit day
    Sun: Abs & HIIT
    Mind you I would not have been able to make it this far if it were not for Whit so thanks for all your inspiration girl! I hope you approve of my schedule!

      Mikayla Ragsdalee oh yeah you should be good at that rate. I think Whitney recommends 3-4 times in her videos. So long as you're keeping your heart rate in a fat lose zone you should be seeing the results you want.

    Ok, SUPER IMPORTANT:
    I think a really beneficial video would be one talking about what to do when targeting certain body parts and also diet. For example, I'm currently trying to bulk my glutes, tone my thighs and also get abs. However, because I am bulking and I have to eat more, how should I create lean muscle mass and keep my stomach toned but also gain that muscle in the booty. Thanks so much 😘😘

    I work out 5 days a week at the gym. But I am having trouble with eating. I am wondering what foods will gain me more muscle and more booty?

      Carbs. Carbs. Carbs (healthy one's ofc) Avocado, fish, tree nuts, brown grain (especially quinoa), seeds (I highly recommend chia) bananas, tofu, potatoes (yams/sweet are probably the healthiest). As long as you're eating those carbs, and working out, you should see really good results. But also make sure to include dark greens, fruits, veggies, and all of those light components in your diet to balance things out and eat more of these compared to the carbs. Hope that helps!

      Chiterra Palmer Honestly their isn't a food that will help build a booty or we would all be wanting it haha and I'd be out of stock haha😂. But finding a well balanced diet is very important. I use the MyFitness Pal app to help me keep track of how much I am eating and what's good to eat and not. Your meals should consist of a protein, carb and veggies. Important factor is to find out how much protein your need to consume for you body weight. Also, it takes timmmmmme to build muscle so being consistent with your diet and workouts is super important. 70% is your food and 30% Is your workout! I hope this helps💕.

    Can you make a video about how you plan out your workouts? like your supersets and how many reps and how many times you repeat them etc? do you plan them that day before you go to the gym or do you plan them like every week or do you just decide when you get to the gym? I hate going to the gym and walking around not knowing what to do but if I went with a plan I think id be more comfortable! love you you're my inspiration!

    It was nice to hear that it's perfectly fine not going to the gym 5-6 days like I'd like to. With my schedule I only have 3-4 days I can and I tend to really beat myself up over it.

    I first saw your videos in desember, and a have literally seen all of them, 3-4 times.. At least! You taught me so much, given me so much understanding for how to put everything together, and what not to do and so on! You are so funny, just saw ANOTHER ONE, and ANOTHER one because of that, and like SUDDENLY i learned a hell of a lot from this funny smart GAL! Was just gonna ask what lashes you use, but had to tell you! My light of the week is when you announce VIDEO ALERT! So.. the lashes, ..where are they from? :D

    whittttttney….. can you make another schedule video? my schedule is terrible for working out and I prefer working out in the AM, but id have to get up at like 5:30.. so i try at night... and by the time im done with work im exhausted! also, if i only do about 4 days a week should i do longer full body workouts? AHHH lol i am a very complicated person and i wish you could just create my schedule for me. YOU SHOULD MAKE AN APP!!! ID BUY THAT APP! sorry for the yelling i got excited!l Also, i think the way you have your hair in this video is my favorite. It just flows, and it looks perfect.
