We now know that the paint color may be BLACK. Drivetrain will be a very interesting choice, Fab for the airbag mounts upfront continues. Go for it Chad and Jolene

If you're cutting gussets, why not just cut pieces and make a bracket that bridges the hole in the lower control arm and locate the hole so the shock is in the center of the hole?

Those shock gussets and brackets look nice and beefy. No issue with the suspension not holding up :-)

Air suspension brackets turned out awesome !
I think his brackets will be adequate for what he is doing. I might have tried to cut the pocket out of the lower control arm and flip it over and weld it back on.

When I watched Bad Chad Customs on TV on Thursday nights (in Australia) there was a strict No Talking policy :-) Now I get to enjoy your show every night. I sit in my shed watching you in your shed. I can pause and rewind if I get interrupted. I feel like I'm in your shed sometimes Chad. These last couple of videos have been challenging for Jolene to film but she has done a great job as always. It looks cold! I'd like to see a shot of a thermometer in the workshop to know the temp. Keep on keeping on guys. You both do a fantastic job.

People need to realise Chad and jolene use there own money to build these cars and I don't blame them for doing what they can when they can it's the best way to keep the projects going without braking yourself. Most of these programs just buy new stuff all the time and just fit it .Chad and jolene don't do this they show you that you can use other stuff they have around to get the same results without the big spend .which I think is way better cause not everyone can just go and buy new stuff all the time this is the affordable way to do it. Keep up the excellent work the both of you 👍👏

You got me putting a project together and started. I have a pile of tube steel, a old goldwing, a s10 rearend, a Chevy straight 6 and a auto transmission. Just need a welder then it's on.
