Another problem: so when a new player starts the game wnd reach th6 and unlock events, and when th17 comes out with a possible new hero, and they make an epic equipment for it, and the th6 gets the equipment, they have to wait 11 town halls just ro use it
About the fifth hero : It would be so annoying for attacks to attack against 4 heroes (warden turns into a building) Solution? : Make it turn a building just like warden Problem : Warden isn't iconic anymore then and most probably sc would never do that. Lemme know your opinions

Something else I feel that is a problem is that the hero upgrade times are too long because before you would be upgrading the abilities with it. But with it now being separate, it makes no sense that the hero upgrade time and cost have stayed the same.

I feel like it would be a good idea to "rerun" events, so ppl who missed out can get the equipment and the ppl who got it can buy decorations or ors from the event. With this method all players get something, new players have a time frame where they can get the equipment (and if they dont wanna wait for it spend the gems, so supersell gets its money) and this wouldn't be to hard to implement bc it already was in the game. So i feel like its a win for the devs, new players and old players. Plus most of the event troups were pretty fun
it’s a win for the players but not the devs, in a perfect world there’s always an event going on with new ones introduced from time to time and it might help with player activity. but by overflowing events then players are able to max out TH’s/equipment faster and once fully maxed-there’s no incentive to purchase anything more till a new TH esp since you can only stockpile so much but it would be nice to see just unlikely sadly

I started playing again after three years of taking a break and it’s overwhelming just trying to get the common equipment upgraded. Ores should be farmable like everything else
As free to play player after unlocking all the builders I dont mind grinding gems for equipment. I feel like even the material to upgrade things isn't that hard to do.
All can be fixed with a ban list for competitive play, it really is a simple solution. The ban list can limit certain troops depending on the meta, and it can be modified on the go. Troops can be completely banned or limited in number. While casual play remains unlimited/anything goes category.
Agreed i hope that happens cause i am tired of my clan 2 staring with edrags i wanna ban that shit so people can actually learn 2-3 strategy instead of the boring spam
I was against equiptment at first, but now I'm for. What I think the problem was having events every month, but I just think supercell was testing the waters with what they could get away with. If they release an epic every 4-5 months, that would be really awesome because they are giving us something special. The other problem is the difficulty of the game, its been to easy since th16 hit. They should balance the game to around th14-13, where there was a good balance between too hard and too easy
In my opinion, you dont have to use always the newest equipment but its bad if the game will go that path that you will have to use the best or you cant 3 star anymore. Also this is the first update that has made the game worse and future updates like these are going to kill the game like clash royale.
If they reduce Hero levels and allow pre to be farmable they can keep the gear in the game. Additionally we also have too much elixr left after upgrading some buildings and the warden. I’d count walls but anyone who’s played the game knows how pointless they are. Elixir could be used to craft these equipments instead.
I think its funny how people complaint getting little free reward. Its free, just be glad they give rewards for ur effort. If u dont like the gap between u and veteran players, just use ur money to catch up. otherwise just play game slowly upgrading and have fun. Its not a race, just relax, play the game, not the game play you.

If it is hard for high town halls, I don’t even want to imagine how it is for lower TH lvls. It’s hard af to max a single piece of equip and the ways of farming it are too limited. Wars is theoretically the best way, but doesn’t help if we pretty much draw almost every war
There is should be monthly ores events, where you can obtain ores and no new equipment added or old equipment reappear for who did not obtain yet. It is a good way to balance between ores and equipment.
Yeah. A balance seems necessary. If you have multiple accounts, it feels like a real massive grind to keep up with all the events and all. And then when you feel like let's just complete stuff with my main account only, you realize it's either do or be left out. You may choose one or two strategies for your alt accounts but what if you end up needing the equipment later on? And then how about all the decorations you'd love to have? I wish they'd just let us have the decorations based on points. And not medals. Let the medals be spent only on either the hero skin or equipment (whichever is available) and the remaining ones to be spent on books or ores.
I've done and I've seen a lot of 3 star from th14 also against really maxed th16, when i was th9, 6 years ago i wouldn't ever thought that i could 3 star a max th10 a that time.. now iam th16 and it's been a few months where I'm not failing an attack. Every war has to be perfrcted, i miss the old coc where perfecting war wasn't even a thing for pros...

answer is too simple 1st :) let equipment unlock with Black smith level 2ed :) get ores from every attack(all depend on your Th like we get loot(gold and de etc...)) 3ed:) let automatically update all equipment while user upgrades hero(because their is no other reason to upgrade hero's)

Here's the part you guys gotta understand! Supercell is owned by Chinese financial company called Tencent. Supercell is no longer calling the shots when it comes to how their games are to make money. Hence why Clash Royale is dying fast. This won't change unless somehow magically they buy back their old shares of their company. So it comes down to two options, adapt and play with the new path its going. Or move on and play something else
I have an idea and that is to have it so that you can get the other epic equipment through an all-in-one event where newer players can get the older equipment while any veterans can get the ores.
nowadays Supercell only take care of P2W players. those type of players are Geming there th to max a day after new Town hall release and then they Cry about new updates to Supercell. I'm playing this game 8+ years now but still not able to max My main base. Shame on you Supercell.
Also about the missed epic equipments I think it's better to add them in league shop ,,for 500 medels so they are accessable for all players ,,but supercell is greedy as we know from clash royal so they added it in trader shop for 1500 gems which is insane cost for a single lv 1 epic equipment they are failing at what they promised with the launch of equipments. Like how will new players who now download the game and reach higher townhalls later get equipments like gauntlet ,arrow,fireball,spear and mirror ? It takes months to save 1500 gems free to play .
so I took a break on clash of clans for a year. When I came back TH 16 was already in the game, I can tell that the game is less fun for me because as a F2P player, I envy my clanmates with lower townhall such at TH 13 and 14 have better heroes than me because they participated a year of wars to get ores and equipment, as for me a current th15 max without the equipment hey have I struggle a lot to keep up with wars this days. I'm also being encouraged to buy gems and clear more obstacles because I finished most of my achievements in the game so buying gems is a way to go for me to get the equipments.
archer queen's giant arrow and electro dragon combination attack is so broken that you can three star a maxed-out town hall 11 or 12 with minimal planning.
Within 9 months, we went from 14 comon equipment to 16 comon end 6 epic equipment, which on average is lite less than 1 gear every month, which suggest that by the first anniversary we can expect at least 2 new epic equipment, wich conseqencly will forse latecomers, to spend a sick 12000 gems just to unlock the All epick equipment. I honestly dan’t see any good alternatives - reduipment will make it less special and land at level of other development busters, and continuing to not repeat the event to unlock a older equipment while constantly adding new equipment will make people feel cheated and may leave the game for a good.
The easiest solution to this problem is to make defense stronger across the board. The hard mode system should be applied to clan wars, cwl, and multiplayer instead of just friendly challenges. Adding new defenses to combat against equipment could be done as well, but if they do that, then they would HAVE to make ores more accessible so players can keep up and not get destroyed on offense
There is definitely a problem with the amount of equipments coming into the game and being able to max out those new equipments but this is by design and it’s the first year it has been out. Supercell is aware of this problem I’m not sure why the topic has to be rehashed so many times. I’m sure they have a road map for the future cause they literally said town hall 16 was designed to be significantly easier than town hall 15. This is all leading up for the release of town hall 17 later this year or early next year.
They also messed Up the Ratio of getting the different ores. Shiny ore IS so much easier to get than glory ore, then you're Stuck with thousands of shiny ore and cant Upgrade anything
I'm a th13 player. My fireball is at level 1. It requires 210 starry ores to max it for that town hall level. We get only 9-10 starry ores from each war. Assuming we use both attacks and we win the war. That'll take 21 wars to get the required starry ore. Each war takes 2 days. So it will take 42 days to get the required starry ore. For this we have to go back to back wars and also win those wars. We need 2520 glowy ores to take the epic to level 21. We get 50 from daily loot bonus. And 67 from winning wars. So if we win a war and complete 2 daily loot bonus within the war we get 167 glowy ores. It'll take approximately 15 wars ie 30 days to get required glowy ores. By the time we collect this supercell would have added a new equipment. Using the raid medals we might be able to purchase some ores and reduce a few days but it still takes months to max out an equipment.
great video but you forgot the most important part about CoC; CoC isn't a game that you should be able to finish in a short period of time, its a game that takes dedication and patience. You are not supposed to max out every piece of equipment, you are supposed to play the game as you like. When you don't get the daily star bonus, you get a second one the next day. And collecting gems is not as hard as a lot of people think. I made a second account 3 months ago and I'm 100 gems away from the 5th builder. That is equivalent to 3 pieces of epic equipment. And even than, you don't need to buy the ones from the Heroes you unlock at higher townhals, only from the ones you currently have, and getting to TH 11 is pretty hard but getting to TH 13 is another story.
The problem is they arent providing much more ores to upgrade them equipments should not disrupt the gaming experience but it actually disturbing its good but grinding is too frustrating
Before, if you don't play like 3 years and came back, there's no problem. Now, if you don't play like 2 months, you're screwed. You probably miss alot of ores or maybe new epic hero equip 💀

I think the solution of epic equipment is quite simple Supercell just need to do monthly event in which old epic equipment can be purchased. So whoever have the old equipment can purchase the ores and other rewards and new players or someone who miss the event can get the equipment

older clasher knows the difficulties of the game. don't encourage new players to be lazy.. I remember when I started playing Clash where in you to used your elixers just to create troops and players should have to minimize the use of dark elixer for it is very important in upgrading heroes. BTW playining the game since 2013 and never spend a single cents but able to acquire some skins and etc thru patiently collecting gems.
I mean, the events have gotten smaller and within like around 8 events, we have gotten 1 event that was about getting ore. I hope that with the townhall 17 update, they improve the equipment and ore system

Trophy count is broken for months on some accounts and SC does nothing about it. The only thing that matters is money money money. Probably loosing many players including me soon (max th16)
As a tryhard i think that only affects casual players that have no idea what they're doing. The current meta of progression: Rush. That became a lot better than "maxing" since magic items got added. There's a strategic rushing guide, but basically prioritizing offense over defense Somehow find a clan where you can play with heroes down, preferably a FWA clan. Also lazy CWL is a good thing, best medal rates until you're like a strong max TH. Even if you don't have a clan you can stay in, find some clans where you can do raids at least. Get at least 1.5k raid medals per week. Get to higher leagues asap, at th12 or above you can stay in fake legend pretty easily I came back as a max th11 right after th16 & equipment release. Now i'm a TH16, had no issues with ores for equipment, although i buy gold pass and event pass (definitely better value than chips and a lot healthier)

I will stick to my single set of equipments that I leveled up . It's better not to follow what some youtuber is using ,because they have spent money max those equipments and are constantly changing equipments to match armies . Just collecting everything to not fall back . Also they should have balanced epic equipments by letting only one can be eqipped per hero with must have common equipment. So this would challenge players to make better combinations and pair with commons . But still let's wait and see where they are heading with this .

I heard a disturbing little rumour from a now ex employee that all F2P players will in 2025 be seriously handicapped because of the spiralling cost of this aging game. The minimum needed will be the battle pass and a couple of deals....they were talking £10 UK and $10 USA at the minimum to unlock cooler features..... Rushing unfortunately is now here to stay as they require everyone paying and playing to be town hall 14 and upwards as hero equipment is here to stay........JM
The stupidest nerf in September are valks. Valks are barely used in the game right now because they are too weak and die before any real damage is done.
In my opinion they just need to take every easy troop and equipment and just nerf it all pretty hard, I miss being able to actually use Valkyrie’s and lower townhall troops, now all I can use to actually get a successful attack is electro dragons

Everything I felt, has been put in the video. My clan has got only 3 draws in total of 200 wars and now 4 draws in just 17 wars. TH14's are easily being crushed.

Honestly, it seems the only equipment that's even almost worth getting with gems nowadays is the giant gauntlet everything else is not as valuable for how many gems it's worth
Dude, i feel CoC literally lost it's hype. Having clanmates 20 active is luck for me. I feel CoC can't attract new player and don't make good improvement for OG player. I believe CoC will dead when TH 19 got released if they didn't make any good move.
Giving 1 or 2 starry ore and 10 more glowy ores for the daily star bonus would probably be enough for most casual or f2p players . Not everyone can play clan wars every day. most people can get 5 stars in multiplayer on a daily basis. and people would be more inclined to log in every day to get the star bonus.
since progress is part of clash of clans, i do not complain about maxing out your home village taking longer. back in the day it felt great doing those 20 day xbow updates on townhall 9. The game is just too easy and 1500 gems is too much if you missed an event, or even 5 of the 6 events, like i did.
@@vanessaxoax7646 1.5 months nice joke. you get 60 per week from obstacles and lets say 200 from events per month. thats 460 per month. most players have already finished all profile challanges, so there is nothing left. so we are looking at 3 to 4 months per equipment, for 6 equipments its 2 years. with more to come in a higher rate than you can buy old equipment, so we are looking at 3 to 4 years. and now be aware that most players spend gems for 1 gem donation and maybe a builder potion or a research potion every now and then. we are looking at probably 7 years for the average spender that spends about 12 dollars a month on coc. only because one didnt play in the past 9 months.
@@basiics Gem mine another 35/week, capital raids are at least 60/week, gem box is 25/week. This is fairly conservative, capital raids are easily 100+, you can sell silver pass content and I have not accounted for any Event...
They should either redo equipments for events with new decorations/more ores. Or add the equipment to CWL purchases with a rotation every 2-3 months. The equipments are super helpful to lower TH like myself as Im a th14 able to 3 star a th15. But definitely need more balance at the higher levels as a TH16 should be hard to 3 star regardless of equipment and should be dependent on skill instead of spams. Also, don’t need to max out every equipment, I dont use the epics on my queen or rc but those ores should not be as hard to get.
I didn't even buy this month's epic equipment. I don't feel its worth buying it, we already have good equipments for queen which is already making game boring and way too easy. Buying books or other things is way better than this equipment. I really miss the halloween event last year when were not forced to buy epics, we all had different needs and brought whatever we wanted. Wish game go back to where it was 1 year ago. Th15 was very difficult but with this much of power spike, i feel the difficulties would've been nullified and for eSports they could've made a pro mode way earlier. Life would be better. They should really stop introducing more equipment The heroes are too strong already now The game creators should think of another idea They should also buff the common equipment for lower/new/returning players to not suffer too much If they aren't, they should add a system to obtain more gems. Clan games give 100 gems at the end or if not, they offer 50 gems from previous tiers in clan games That means you would need to grind for nearly 1800 clan games if you collect 50 gems per clan games or 900 clan games. That would take 75 months or almost 6 years to get those gems only from clan games bruh
You won't fail to 3 star in war just because you don't have the latest epic equipment, it requires skill and I've been able to 3 star TH14s as maxxed TH12 with AQ hybrid
They should really slow down dropping these equipments every 2 months. When pets were first added they didn't just introduce 10 pets all at once. They dropped a few and took some months time in adding more. We had spirit fox then they waited for about 4 months and added angry jelly. So there should be some months of time gap between the new equipments. New epic every 2 months will make it too tiresome.
The Equipment fucking sucks. I've been playing on and off since 2013 and always cashed in a bit here and there, yet I hate them. That shit is either "spend your entire game ingame" or "invest your life savings" to keep up. No chance for someone who plays 1-2 hours once every 2-3 days
To be honest, I also dont really see a reason why epic equipments should go up to lvl 27. This means that these already strong abilities get even stronget just because they have 9 more levels

I've always been EXTREMELY casual. I'll play for a month or 2 then get bored and leave for years, so basically I've never been very knowledgeableir good at the game and everytime i come back I have to relearn how to play at a higher and higher th level, which is my fault but still. . I maxed th10 sometime last year then decided I wanted to to th15 because I love the colors/designs of walls and the th and stuff. And like....seeing the sheer amount of nonsense the higher town halls need to juggle is completely offputting. 4 heroes with several types equipment/abilities plus pets plus all these new currencies. I have no idea what's happening.
Also, people might not realize how important it is to get the equipment and miss it during the event... it's not good. I assumed they would return in another event... and missed out.
They might still make future events where you can pick one equipement from the old ones but not now i think They will wait for most to spend 1500 gems for each equip missed

it’s a win for the players but not the devs, in a perfect world there’s always an event going on with new ones introduced from time to time and it might help with player activity. but by overflowing events then players are able to max out TH’s/equipment faster and once fully maxed-there’s no incentive to purchase anything more till a new TH esp since you can only stockpile so much

All can be fixed with a ban list for competitive play, it really is a simple solution. The ban list can limit certain troops depending on the meta, and it can be modified on the go. Troops can be completely banned or limited in number. While casual play remains unlimited/anything goes category.
Some casual players also want the game to be challenging though.

What I think the problem was having events every month, but I just think supercell was testing the waters with what they could get away with. If they release an epic every 4-5 months, that would be really awesome because they are giving us something special. The other problem is the difficulty of the game, its been to easy since th16 hit. They should balance the game to around th14-13, where there was a good balance between too hard and too easy
In my opinion, you dont have to use always the newest equipment but its bad if the game will go that path that you will have to use the best or you cant 3 star anymore. Also this is the first update that has made the game worse and future updates like these are going to kill the game like clash royale.

If they reduce Hero levels and allow pre to be farmable they can keep the gear in the game. Additionally we also have too much elixr left after upgrading some buildings and the warden. I’d count walls but anyone who’s played the game knows how pointless they are. Elixir could be used to craft these equipments instead.
The only way to save this game from the downfall is to allow heroes to defend the base with the equipments too

I think its funny how people complaint getting little free reward. Its free, just be glad they give rewards for ur effort. If u dont like the gap between u and veteran players, just use ur money to catch up. otherwise just play game slowly upgrading and have fun. There is should be monthly ores events, where you can obtain ores and no new equipment added or old equipment reappear for who did not obtain yet. It is a good way to balance between ores and equipment.

Yeah. A balance seems necessary. If you have multiple accounts, it feels like a real massive grind to keep up with all the events and all.
And then when you feel like let's just complete stuff with my main account only, you realize it's either do or be left out.

I wish they'd just let us have the decorations based on points. And not medals.
Let the medals be spent only on either the hero skin or equipment (whichever is available) and the remaining ones to be spent on books or ores.

Barbarian king alone can take out 30-40% of the base now
A TH15 can 3-star a TH16 if ur good, the game expects you to do that when you reach titan/legends

Here's the part you guys gotta understand! Supercell is owned by Chinese financial company called Tencent. Supercell is no longer calling the shots when it comes to how their games are to make money. Hence why Clash Royale is dying fast. This won't change unless somehow magically they buy back their old shares of their company. So it comes down to two options, adapt and play with the new path its going. Or move on and play something else
I have an idea and that is to have it so that you can get the other epic equipment through an all-in-one event where newer players can get the older equipment while any veterans can get the ores.

Old equipment should be retained tho. When you upgrade the heroes the equipment should be upgraded as well.
Also about the missed epic equipments I think it's better to add them in league shop ,,for 500 medels so they are accessable for all players ,,but supercell is greedy as we know from clash royal so they added it in trader shop for 1500 gems which is insane cost for a single lv 1 epic equipment they are failing at what they promised with the launch of equipments.

so I took a break on clash of clans for a year. When I came back TH 16 was already in the game, I can tell that the game is less fun for me because as a F2P player, I envy my clanmates with lower townhall such at TH 13 and 14 have better heroes than me because they participated a year of wars to get ores and equipment, as for me a current th15 max without the equipment hey have I struggle a lot to keep up with wars this days. I'm also being encouraged to buy gems and clear more obstacles because I finished most of my achievements in the game so buying gems is a way to go for me to get the equipments.
archer queen's giant arrow and electro dragon combination attack is so broken that you can three star a maxed-out town hall 11 or 12 with minimal planning.

9 months and I'm still at 70% huh...
Within 9 months, we went from 14 comon equipment to 16 comon end 6 epic equipment, which on average is lite less than 1 gear every month, which suggest that by the first anniversary we can expect at least 2 new epic equipment, wich conseqencly will forse latecomers, to spend a sick 12000 gems just to unlock the All epick equipment.
I honestly dan’t see any good alternatives - reduipment will make it less special and land at level of other development busters, and continuing to not repeat the event to unlock a older equipment while constantly adding new equipment will make people feel cheated and may leave the game for a good.
Even if this was the case, 12k gems are easily farmable in reasonable time imo.
The easiest solution to this problem is to make defense stronger across the board. The hard mode system should be applied to clan wars, cwl, and multiplayer instead of just friendly challenges. Adding new defenses to combat against equipment could be done as well, but if they do that, then they would HAVE to make ores more accessible so players can keep up and not get destroyed on offense
There is definitely a problem with the amount of equipments coming into the game and being able to max out those new equipments but this is by design and it’s the first year it has been out. Supercell is aware of this problem I’m not sure why the topic has to be rehashed so many times. I’m sure they have a road map for the future cause they literally said town hall 16 was designed to be significantly easier than town hall 15. This is all leading up for the release of town hall 17 later this year or early next year.

They also messed Up the Ratio of getting the different ores. Shiny ore IS so much easier to get than glory ore, then you're Stuck with thousands of shiny ore and cant Upgrade anything
I'm a th13 player. My fireball is at level 1.
It requires 210 starry ores to max it for that town hall level. We get only 9-10 starry ores from each war. Assuming we use both attacks and we win the war. That'll take 21 wars to get the required starry ore. Each war takes 2 days. So it will take 42 days to get the required starry ore. For this we have to go back to back wars and also win those wars.
We need 2520 glowy ores to take the epic to level 21. We get 50 from daily loot bonus. And 67 from winning wars. So if we win a war and complete 2 daily loot bonus within the war we get 167 glowy ores. It'll take approximately 15 wars ie 30 days to get required glowy ores.
By the time we collect this supercell would have added a new equipment. Using the raid medals we might be able to purchase some ores and reduce a few days but it still takes months to max out an equipment.
Imagine complaining something takes 42 days to max. This is literally shorter than maxing out TH8 on a fresh account.
great video but you forgot the most important part about CoC; CoC isn't a game that you should be able to finish in a short period of time, its a game that takes dedication and patience. You are not supposed to max out every piece of equipment, you are supposed to play the game as you like. When you don't get the daily star bonus, you get a second one the next day. And collecting gems is not as hard as a lot of people think. I made a second account 3 months ago and I'm 100 gems away from the 5th builder. That is equivalent to 3 pieces of epic equipment. And even than, you don't need to buy the ones from the Heroes you unlock at higher townhals, only from the ones you currently have, and getting to TH 11 is pretty hard but getting to TH 13 is another story.

Supercell just need to do monthly event in which old epic equipment can be purchased.

older clasher knows the difficulties of the game. don't encourage new players to be lazy.. I remember when I started playing Clash where in you to used your elixers just to create troops and players should have to minimize the use of dark elixer for it is very important in upgrading heroes. BTW playining the game since 2013 and never spend a single cents but able to acquire some skins and etc thru patiently collecting gems.
I mean, the events have gotten smaller and within like around 8 events, we have gotten 1 event that was about getting ore. I hope that with the townhall 17 update, they improve the equipment and ore system

As a tryhard i think that only affects casual players that have no idea what they're doing.
The current meta of progression:
Rush. That became a lot better than "maxing" since magic items got added. There's a strategic rushing guide, but basically prioritizing offense over defense
Somehow find a clan where you can play with heroes down, preferably a FWA clan. Also lazy CWL is a good thing, best medal rates until you're like a strong max TH.
Even if you don't have a clan you can stay in, find some clans where you can do raids at least. Get at least 1.5k raid medals per week.
Get to higher leagues asap, at th12 or above you can stay in fake legend pretty easily
I came back as a max th11 right after th16 & equipment release. Now i'm a TH16, had no issues with ores for equipment, although i buy gold pass and event pass (definitely better value than chips and a lot healthier)

I heard a disturbing little rumour from a now ex employee that all F2P players will in 2025 be seriously handicapped because of the spiralling cost of this aging game.
The minimum needed will be the battle pass and a couple of deals....they were talking £10 UK and $10 USA at the minimum to unlock cooler features.....

Everything I felt, has been put in the video. My clan has got only 3 draws in total of 200 wars and now 4 draws in just 17 wars. TH14's are easily being crushed.

Giving 1 or 2 starry ore and 10 more glowy ores for the daily star bonus would probably be enough for most casual or f2p players . Not everyone can play clan wars every day. most people can get 5 stars in multiplayer on a daily basis. and people would be more inclined to log in every day to get the star bonus.
since progress is part of clash of clans, i do not complain about maxing out your home village taking longer. back in the day it felt great doing those 20 day xbow updates on townhall 9. The game is just too easy and 1500 gems is too much if you missed an event, or even 5 of the 6 events, like i did.

@@vanessaxoax7646 1.5 months nice joke. you get 60 per week from obstacles and lets say 200 from events per month. thats 460 per month. most players have already finished all profile challanges, so there is nothing left. so we are looking at 3 to 4 months per equipment, for 6 equipments its 2 years. with more to come in a higher rate than you can buy old equipment, so we are looking at 3 to 4 years. and now be aware that most players spend gems for 1 gem donation and maybe a builder potion or a research potion every now and then. we are looking at probably 7 years for the average spender that spends about 12 dollars a month on coc. only because one didnt play in the past 9 months.
@@basiics Gem mine another 35/week, capital raids are at least 60/week, gem box is 25/week. This is fairly conservative, capital raids are easily 100+, you can sell silver pass content and I have not accounted for any Event...

They should either redo equipments for events with new decorations/more ores. Or add the equipment to CWL purchases with a rotation every 2-3 months. The equipments are super helpful to lower TH like myself as Im a th14 able to 3 star a th15. But definitely need more balance at the higher levels as a TH16 should be hard to 3 star regardless of equipment and should be dependent on skill instead of spams. Also, don’t need to max out every equipment, I dont use the epics on my queen or rc but those ores should not be as hard to get.
I didn't even buy this month's epic equipment. I don't feel its worth buying it, we already have good equipments for queen which is already making game boring and way too easy. Buying books or other things is way better than this equipment.
I really miss the halloween event last year when were not forced to buy epics, we all had different needs and brought whatever we wanted. Wish game go back to where it was 1 year ago. Th15 was very difficult but with this much of power spike, i feel the difficulties would've been nullified and for eSports they could've made a pro mode way earlier. Life would be better. They should also buff the common equipment for lower/new/returning players to not suffer too much
If they aren't, they should add a system to obtain more gems. Clan games give 100 gems at the end or if not, they offer 50 gems from previous tiers in clan games
That means you would need to grind for nearly 1800 clan games if you collect 50 gems per clan games or 900 clan games.
That would take 75 months or almost 6 years to get those gems only from clan games

They should really slow down dropping these equipments every 2 months. When pets were first added they didn't just introduce 10 pets all at once. They dropped a few and took some months time in adding more. We had spirit fox then they waited for about 4 months and added angry jelly. So there should be some months of time gap between the new equipments. New epic every 2 months will make it too tiresome.

The Equipment fucking sucks. I've been playing on and off since 2013 and always cashed in a bit here and there, yet I hate them. That shit is either "spend your entire game ingame" or "invest your life savings" to keep up. No chance for someone who plays 1-2 hours once every 2-3 days
To be honest, I also dont really see a reason why epic equipments should go up to lvl 27. This means that these already strong abilities get even stronget just because they have 9 more levels

I've always been EXTREMELY casual. I'll play for a month or 2 then get bored and leave for years, so basically I've never been very knowledgeableir good at the game and everytime i come back I have to relearn how to play at a higher and higher th level, which is my fault but still. . I maxed th10 sometime last year then decided I wanted to to th15 because I love the colors/designs of walls and the th and stuff. And like....seeing the sheer amount of nonsense the higher town halls need to juggle is completely offputting. 4 heroes with several types equipment/abilities plus pets plus all these new currencies. I have no idea what's happening.
