Doctor P must be a pretty bad doctor because after 3 years this song is still sick ;)
After 12 year, this still hit hard
I remember this piece was my probably first time with dubstep. I literally typed 'dubstep' in search bar and it was first result
man. i heard this in 2011 right before Hard Haunted Mansion. when Rusko played it that night at Hard, everyone absolutely lost their minds. this song has so much more atmosphere and production value than most people realize. the definition of a rave destroyer. one of the best memories of my life. this is the pinnacle of dubstep. so many people hear this nowadays and say "ew, gross noises" but seriously, if you ever hear this live on a true sound system, your brain will explode. even in the riff in the intro, there is SOOOOO much texture that you don't hear from a standard set of speakers. the "WOW" sound right on the drop has so much space to it, and the main bass/synth during the drop completely grills your face when you hear it at a rave or concert. to a perfect medium-rare, i might add. for me at least, Doctor P's Big Boss and Rocco's Revenge by Trolley Snatcha were by far the most revolutionary dubstep songs at that time, a time i consider to be the golden age of dubstep. not to mention I Can't Stop by Flux which came out during the same month, if my memory serves me right. Rusko dropped all three of those songs that night at Hard and like i said, that was one of the best memories of my entire life.
old Dubstep best Dubstep ♥
GT6SuzukaTimeTrials There is still a lot of good new songs and artists if you take the time to look.
+GT6SuzukaTimeTrials never say die good actually dubstep nsd volume 2 best
+GT6SuzukaTimeTrials Monstercat usually gets something good hidden in there. Not to much dubstep comes out anymore. Savant is always good whenever he does any dubstep.
This track literally teleports me back in time to being 16 smoking shitty weed while blasting this in my friend's car with the subs full blast
this is one of the first dubstep songs I heard, it brings back memories
wow... 10 years ago i posted that last comment.. Still one of my all time favorite dubstep dj's.. Man 10 years ago was better times.. It's crazy how much your life can change in a decade.
God, this was the shit back in the day
ILickPanda No, not every hardcore dnb fan listens to dubstep. I do, but not everybody. People will like what they like
ILickPanda that my friend is the cringiest shittiest comment i have ever read, well done you
ILickPanda What you are saying utter bullshit, it's different music, you shouldn't compare those at all. I attended Rampage last 3 years, sick party. But you should respect the fact that everyone's taste differs. You seem ignorant, not really fitting in the dnb mindset.... But I won't judge you
ILickPanda i hate this whole idea that all people who listen to certain genres are the same, people who listen to metal music are angry fuckers, people who listen dubstep are hipsters etc. everyone is there own person, if you happen to like a certain genre then thats all it is, there is no "having to like another genre" that logic is fucked, i like a few one direction songs but i dont like dick? i like northern soul music but i don't wear huge baggy trousers and go dancing every week, i like marvin gaye but my dad didn't shoot me, people like what they want, end of.
Hearing this live right after it came out is one of those memories that will always be burned in my mind. This is truly a masterpiece of dubstep, especially compared to most of the new stuff these days. This shit absolutely grills your face on big speakers. It needs to be heard on a huge system with a SUB to really appreciate how large this shit sounds. Just audio perfection. Doc P is a legend.
Right! I always tell myself how lucky I was / we were to have experienced these songs in parties and festivals! Sometimes straight from the artist! Ahh 🖤
remember those comments;

Anyone else remember the video of someone "playing" this song on their mouth? Fucking hilarious
My journey to listen dubstep started with this song and completely stopped listening rock music for dubstep....and i cant believe its been 5 years already!!! wow time flies fast. Dubstep is the longest obsession i ever had....Ty for the great song to inspire me to a new genre :)
Murad Ahmad I'm not completely getting rid of rock and metal music personally but some friends of mine introduced me to Monstercat almost two years ago and now I'm here. In fact, I would even call dubstep the metal of the EDM world.
Everytime I found my self listening to this kind of music I think I'm becoming a robot.
I'm so glad dubstep had its day in the sun. Don't know where I'd be now as a musician without this stuff.
My first time hearing this dropped live by Rusko at Hard Haunted Mansion 2011 will always be one of the best moments of my entire life. This song still blows my mind. Fucking enormous tune. I feel sorry people for that missed this era of dubstep.
Fuck I remember this shit
Oh my gosh I was looking for this for years. 😭 At long last!
Know your getting old when you have to scroll down half a hour to find the tunes that were released when you was young 😂
Remember being 16 in high school when dubstep and everything that came with it was being played by anyone that partied. Now I listen to it and it aint the same. My world is crumbling around me.
@@JDT101 he probably refers to all the electro house and drum n bass scene of the time (which was incredibly popular and flourishing very much at the time). I'm quite sure i'm about the same age as him right now.
5 years , and still kicking asses
Still Madness !!! After 10 years !! Big Banger !!! First i listened this song when i was 12 now im 22 and this came Up and still wow!! Forever old Dubstep
I miss Doctor P's old dubstep.
Dubstep sounds so nostalgic.
Late 2000s and early 2010s were the best years for dubstep.
Man I remember listening to that song when I turned 14. Now I'm 19 and saw Doctor P at Nu Forms Festival. He fucking destroyed everything! Nostalgia kicks in

7 fucking years still fire
Still gets me as hyped as the day it dropped
after 7 years of looking for this song again i finally found it
just saw someone in the comment section call skrillex dubstep i am crying with laughter at this very second xD
According to definition, Skrillex is dubstep. Whether or not you choose to call it dubstep is up to personal interpretation.
Ethan Foster actually skrillex doesn't meet the correct criteria to actually be dubstep although he classifies it as dubstep.
***** So what is the definition of dubstep? Just wondering because i thought that Skrillex made dubstep... :)
Isak Uitto its not about the definition it is the fact that his music is incorrect and doesn't meet the requirements to be dubstep if you are really curious i am pretty sure you could look it up yourself and find out.
***** Skrillex doesn't make dubstep songs but brostep song lol, so yeah you're right, Skrillex shouldn't be classified as dubstep lol :p
2021 and this will still be on my top songs to listen to 🔥🔥🔥
EVEN IN 2021 THIS IS STILL THE REASON FOR MY BASSFACE 🥵🔥
Lol if I was a guy I would walk around saying "Datsik and Doctor P" are the only double D's I need" xD
+PowerCrafter123 Replace SKisM with DownLinK, take out Doctor P, and you have the Kelowna trio.
Doctor P and Eptic walked so Rickyxsan and Oski could fly.
This is the jam I used to listen to this song every day when I started working
10 year old me really listened to this and thought it was the greatest piece of music ever
Me and a mate skanked so hard to this in a club that he head butted my face!
Video evidence of the aftermath of said head butt.. here.. if you want a laugh... Thanks Doctor P ; ) facebook.com/steph.monks/videos/t.1369159880/10200337032331092/?type=2&theater
