@@acceptingseeking I'm a fan of productive plugins, I barely use visual plugins. My 3 favorites would be motion, overlord and FX console. In no particular order.
True comp duplicator and flow are also great!
Canvas is a smidge gimmicky but the other updates are wham bam

Are there a stagger layers & keyframes tool?
there’s delay, but it’s not exactly stagger layers. I recommend Rift or pt_shift layers as a free download
I use motion 2 for stagger and motion 4 for everything else
I just got this software and I'm running into a barrage of frustrating newb questions.
For example, I didn't understand how to turn off Focus. While I see you show us how to turn off Focus in this video, I have no clue where else I could answer question like that. When I searched for Focus in the official Motion guide, I saw nothing about how to do something as simple as turning Focus off. In fact, the information there is so desperately sparse, and includes no screen grabs, so it's virtually useless to me.
I don't have the cognitive capacity to watch an entire Motion tutorial video and passively absorb a bunch of information I don't need in the interest of absorbing the things I do. I need to specifically search for my specific questions. (Frankly, I wish Chat GPT was up to date so I could do it there!)
Where is the best place to get these answers?
(Please don't answer my focus question, that was intended as an example of the kind of questions I will ask, and I have about 100 of them. What I need to know is how to answer questions like that.)

@@motionbynick I'm like: "no way you use fx console so u must be on a pc" - then went to check on the fx console and find out that they FINALLY made it work on silicon. Horrahh - btw whats your take on STARDUST? is it a must have for a motion designers, or just cool to have/know? (it's never on sale / which sucks)
i dont see what you can really do with canvas
it is definitely niche, but i like that it is much different than other particle systems in AE
