Yes but the other & busted their asses. I get Hyunjin not being there sucks but shit happens he's back now. The boys should be praised without everyone adding the "but..." cause you know what they say anything that comes before the "but..." doesnt count. They kicked ass! kingdom would have been great with OT8 but it wasnt and OT7 and STAY busted their asses. Thats my opinion anyway

Maybe we should explain that Mayfly is the collab between Stray Kids, Ateez and BTOB for Kingdom. The other 3 groups of Kingdom did their own collab. Mayfly rap unit (Changbin, Chan and Han from Stray Kids, Hongjoon from Ateez and Minhyuk from BTOB) was lit. Look for Mayfly rap unit Kingdom.

The story behind this is like these people in the black are trying to take them in but when Felix rings the bell it makes them go away and they are trying to escape them
So the men in black represents ghost which are controling skz, but in the end theh were controlling the ghost which makes them a god.

yea throughout the whole kingdom episodes, all of them hyunjin wasn’t allowed to perform due to his hiatus. he was in the first episode because they filmed that one before his hiatus but he isn’t in any of the ones after that

Kingdom was a competition Stray Kids took part in with 5 other kpop boy groups. The stages in order were:
Miroh intro stage - with Hyunjin
This Side Effects/Gods menu stage
I'll be your man - Original is by BTOB another group in the competition and they did a cover of Backdoor
Round 3 had 4 performances, Mayfly rap unit stage, dance unit stage, vocal unit stage (Seugmin's vocals really stand out in this one) and then the Gods Menu/Du Du Du stage
The final round was the Wolfgang stage.
The meaning behind this performance and the I'll be your man performance is quite deep but if you're interested you can find some things about it on twitter.

This kingdom performance was the 2nd performance on kingdom and before I'll be your man. This performance was a remix of God's Menu and Side Effects songs. The concept is stray kids is being hypnotized and controlled buy others and then Felix releases them with the bell and then stray kids turns it around and is the ones in control you see them controlling them in the dance with the red ribbons.
Hyunjin was on Hiatus he was in the very first kingdom cause it was prerecorded. So he didnt participate in kingdom, although he was always there in our hearts and the guys had small things to represent him. Like in wolfgang when they climb on the backs of the backup dancers there was an 8th left empty for Hyunjin.
Anyway concept is like they were being controlled they broke free and then they were controlling the captors. Felix is holding a bell btw lol.

Hyunjin was only in the first Kingdom perfomance, the intro stage with Miroh. He wasn't in any other. First was Miroh you haven't seen yet. Then this one, then "I'll be your man" you watched last time, then "God's Ddu Ddu Ddu" and "Wolfgang" at the end.
Plss I can relate 😭 when we said no hyunjin 💀 sadly he was not in nun of the kingdom performances, he was in the first , Name was “MIROH”

i'm a new stay i just got into stray kids a few months ago so i fr love your vids bc some of these videos you react to i'm also seeing for the first time so its like i'm reacting with you!!
It was crazy how different it sounds right? Well that's 3racha for you! They arrange the song!! I think the performance is about "fighting your own demons". At first Lee know is being controlled as well as Seungmin and the other and at the middle of the performance you'll see them holding a red string controlling the demons (the performers dressed in black) and at the end the performers are bowing to them. Felix's makeup says "LIVE" and its upside down that looks like "EVIL" hes the one who suggested that!! If you want vocals I recommend their title track "LEVANTER" it's an underrated gem!!

Stray kids and twice are really close with each other and they are from same company and twice is like big sisters to Stray kids. Especially Chan becouse they were trainees at the same time. + fun fact Chan used to bring secretly food and snacks to the girls when they werent allowed to eat them ❤️❤️
basically the storyline of this performance is them conquering the "evil" that controls them at the beginning (referring to the lyrics of side effects). when they switched to god's menu, that's when the concept of "evil" is flipped to "live" where they finally break free from being puppets of the evil thoughts. as seen from the choreography, they are the ones controlling the dancers as they defeated the evil within themselves. see how at the end, the dancers wearing black bows down to them haha. their kingdom performances all have a deep meaning behind them.

probably you won't see this, but i highly recommend you to watch their series called ''one´s kid room" where they introduced theirselves separately, if you do want to get into them this is really helpful, cause you can get to know them better. :)
