Hi, thanks for reaching out. The ideal setup would be through a computer to connect the mobile devices. But, you can also add mobile device to mobile device. When you are in the app, you will find "Remote Device" among the source options and any other mobile device connected to your account will show up. Thanks again!

Hello Amin, i tried downloading the desktop version but i find it impossible to do so. It keeps telling me that error occurred in the script on this page. Object doesn't support this property or method.
Does the connection between sources must be made by internet or Bluetooth / wireless if the sources and the streaming equipment are closer?

How do you conduct a side by side interview in many cam. I was able to connect the mobile device and can hear the audio input of that video feed. But they cannot hear and audio back making it difficult to conduct and interview.

To use ManyCam during interviews, you'd need to use it on a desktop so that you can connect ManyCam to a video calling app. If you want to live stream the interview, you'd make the video call and then, live stream your screen with ManyCam. Hi Dream Builder Lab, if you are on a Mac and you connect an iOS device via USB cable, you'll be able to mirror the screen. Otherwise, unfortunately, you'll only be able to use it as a camera or standalone streaming device.

I have issuee with the mobile device camera. Let me explain the situation: I am connected to internet via my mobile device hot spot. At the same device is ManyCam installed and should be connected with laptop, but it fails, can't find out why. Does it require wireless connection to the same network, or it may work even if if the mobile device is elsewhere on the internet? Thanks for the answer. How do you use the Lower Third feature on just the mobile app?

so far I could not find a robust video on how to connect 3 Mobil phones to ManyCam as a studio setup. You keep using iPhones but not android, is that purposely avoided or it only works on iPhones. Thanks

Hi Steve, thanks for reaching out. ManyCam users tend to use the mobile as a second camera angle so they manage both. If you plan to connect the mobile app from a different location, it would be a different setup. You can add all your resources as video sources (e.g. videos, powerpoint presentation etc) and connect ManyCam to your video conferencing app or live streaming platform. Hi Alanna, unfortunately, with the mobile app you cannot connect to video chatting apps, because of how mobiles work. If the video call is on your computer (browser or computer application), you should be able to see ManyCam as your virtual camera option.

Hi Humor, thanks for watching! You can set the FPS to your preference up until 60 FPS. In the video, we aren't live streaming which is why we didn't set it to any specific need.

Hi Lara, thanks for reaching out. You can connect your mobile to your computer and use it on Skype. Without the mobile, you can also connect Skype to ManyCam on your computer. The only thing you won't be able to do for the moment, is to connect the mobile app directly to the Skype mobile app.
