I do NOT want to see Harris in office. However, don't be blind to what's on the polls and don't take them for granted. If Trump returns to his more partisan narratives before he really started campaigning, he GREATLY increases his chances of losing the election.
Biden's congnitive decline gave Trump lots of votes. Trump's near assassination also helps. Distancing himself away from Project 2025 and prioritzing a narrative "for the people" over "sticking it to the Dems" is really what will help win over those needed moderate votes.
However Kamala undoubtedly polls better than Biden. She knows how to the game the system and dillute her past of facilitating the convictions of 1,900 people for marijuana possession while DA of California. She's slimy, but she isn't stupid.
Unfortunately I worry that Trump is going to lose his grip if he doesn't moderate himself.
