I am so pleased that you had the savings to be able to have this break. I know there were times I pushed myself to keep working when my health would really have benefited from a break, but I had too many debts. You feel sad about spending, but when you look back you will know it was a good time to have a fork in your life. Proud of you!

Hi Caroline, I really enjoyed this monthly update. If anything you sharing and bejng honest abojt your savings, makes you even more relatable. I have had to do something similar this month. At first, it felt like a massive setback, but now I am content with the decision and I am getting on with building my savings up again.
