    Do not forget.
People who use fluoride, mouth wash, antibiotics, certain meds, high sugar, diet ruines also not only the gut, but also the oral health creating in the mouth some bacteria, amoebas that create gum disease and tooth decay, even if you clean your teeth al day long!
So, if you go to the dentist, the dentist does not do a life saliva test, to figure out the bacteria who havocs your teeth, gums, creating paradontose! Also, high alkaline saliva causes very quick tartar, especially in your lower teeth. Everything calcifies at high speed!
Also, the ratio magnesium/calcium has to be correct, otherwise your arteries calcify too! Together with your tartar in your mouth!
My father got tartar calcification in his teeth, when his heart arteries where almost all blocked!
So...people who see high tartar build up, with very quick calcification, especially in the lower teeth ( where the saliva accumulates the most ) that person has also calcified arteries!
It is not only the oral cleaning that matters. You can clean as much you want, and make it even worse, depending what you use as teeth cleaners also.
    The gut biome.
    The oral biome.
Both you can kill with what you drink, eat, use of meds, even dental work ( like amalgam fillings, root canals, fluoride, antibiotics and so on ).
You need to kill this oral bacteria, but not with antibiotics, aggressive mouthwashes, tooth paste, but with other things.
Diabetes kills your gums, teeth too.
Also, hormonal changes can cause teeth loss due to bone loss in your jaw bone! So...people who are pre- menopausal, full menopause, where hormones shift...😢
You need also healthy connective tissue, like gum tissue, so your gum line does not lose and causes also gum recession.
You need vitamin c to create collagen> tissue, together with all other nutrients.
Collagen supplements without vitamin C is worthless.
Copper deficiency also creates lose tissue. That is why saggy skin occures. Gum recession...lose connective tissue in your hips, knees...and causes hip problems and so on.😢
    Everything is so complex.
It is the diet, that makes us sick or healthy.
    Btw.
I ruined my gums, using aciclovir cream on my lips for coldsores 2 time, because i used to much cream at once!!! Now, i developed horrible receiding gums and tooth loss.😢

Wonderful discussion. Thank you and your wife for providing this information. I am curious to know more about Larazotoid Acetate and what impact that may have on slowing down or helping this dysbiotic loop cycle in the more complex patient with years of damage from undiagnosed autoimmunity. I know it is still in it’s trial phase as an Antagonist to Zonulin but would love to hear your insightful thoughts on the potential of this treatment. Thank you again.

I have had gut issues for decades. Probiotics as you said are not a quick fix. I also have hypothyroid which I didnt realise was so closely related. I am trying to heal my thyroid but it is a long process.

L-glutamine for me was very toxic and I had to spend days to recover. It was the second time I used it. I thought maybe the first time my reaction may have been to something else. The second time I for sure knew it was l glutamine. It made my stomach terribly hurt, it made my neurological symptoms worse. It was just horrible. I couldn’t think straight, I had SEVERE brain fog, I’m convinced that L glutamine is excitatory

if you took in capsule form or anything short of a 100% L-glutamine powder form it may have been an additive, capusul or binder also could have been source of L-glutamine. im not suggesting you try again just remain open that is might not have caused the reaction you think it did, i speak from having similar experiences

@@Staci1994 this was my second time trying it. After the first time, I had a reaction and gave the benefit of doubt so I decided to try again some months later with a different brand and when I did the same thing happened. What works for someone else may not work for another. It just so happens that it does not work for me in my unique situation.

Sugar isnt the cause. Sugars are absorbed in the small intestines long before they reach the large intestines. Starch does reach the large intestines are known substrates for gram negative bacteria such as klebseilla. Klebseilla needs starches and iron to survive. There are theories that dysbiosis exists for a reason. Like excess iron or heavy metal overload.
