Gran compra y recomendable 100%.
Hi mate, thanks for the review, I’ve just started looking to replace my old Samsung soundbar and was looking at the sierra plus with atmos, however have also seen this one which looks interesting. As you’ve tested both the Everest and sierra would you have any advice on which is mote suitable to obtain the best experience for just watching movies? i like the idea of having atmos however in the past ive used a receiver, amplifier and seperate speakers as ive never had a brilliant experience with surround sound on a soundbar. appreciate your thoughts. cheers
Everest, by far! Simply because you get the two left and right channel satellite speakers. You can totally ignore the atmos/surround functionality and still get a more immersive sound from the Everest just through stereo and positioning the sound bar in front, subwoofer behind and the left and right speakers next to you. I always feel in the action with this set, which is something just a sound bar won't really deliver
Question, is there a mode that allows the rear speakers to play stereo (including dialogue) while watching tv and not just ambient sounds/music? I have a large room and sound can get lost in the high ceiling. I want something that will have the flexibility to play dialogue at the front and rear speakers at the same time rather than only from the front if that makes sense.
Yeah you can! That's how I have mine set up. So you'll want to plug this in via an aux cable, not optical or hdmi or anything else, and in your TV settings, if there are settings for it, disable surround sound and switch it to stereo.
Weird! Never had that issue. Any context/what you were doing you can share? Maybe I can try to replicate it or something. Best bet though I'd say would be to just directly ask Majority www.majority.co.uk/support/
@@MichaelNobleMusic Not really ,I was just trying to set it up using ARC with 2.0 hdmi and 2.1 hdmi cables which neither worked ,I know that Arc is notorious for its difficulty. Then I went back to optical which worked, and like I said after a few days when I pressed a button on the handset the display never came on even if I pressed the LED button nothing. I am in the process of explaining to support and I dont know if they will be contacting me again(email). But they did suggest unplugging all leads and power supply for several minutes as this would reset the soundbar ,it did'nt do anything, so I'm waiting till after the weekend to see if they contact me.
Lol if mine had that problem, this would have been a *very* whiny video roasting it. They must have made sure the review unit was top notch if this is such a common issue. If anyone else has this issue, only thing I can think of, just to narrow it down, is that I don't over-EQ the system and I keep the volume typically around 3 and no higher than 5. Otherwise if you have a whistling problem, that sucks, return that shit. Wish the problem was present on my system so I could do an update video or something
@@MichaelNobleMusic I'd say it's a good 90% of units with a driver issue due to my recent conversations with their support, I really wanted to like this system but had to return after 2 woofer replacements and 3 full system replacements.

Hi, how you say, this soundbar is really good. But my rear speakers are whistling, yours does not? it's really annoying. :(
Oh man, no mine doesn't actually. I use it every day. Sounds like a QA issue, I would contact them about a replacement
Lies, they all do that noise.

@@MichaelNobleMusic not accusing you of bias either dude 👍
The subwoofer should be on the floor not on that tall furniture because it will vibrate
For the average user, TRUE! Doesn't happen for me because I know how to prevent that. But if anyone else reads this, take his warning to heart please
