@@PrinceMGolds Thats is pretty wild and took me crazy trades. But I think 3 EMA (50,100,200) is better indicator for the trend direction, instead of the second MACD. I used the 3 EMA for the trend, MACD for the pullback, stochastic for the entry and MACD again for the exit. That's works pretty well for me.

Tried on nas100 and us30 both live and backtested and realize RR 1:1.5 or 1:2 works best for me, meaning i'll use the stoch and MACD(s) for entry signal then just use a fixed TP for exit. Thats just me sharing my tweak. Cheers !

Hi pal, this strategy was sound promising and i take some precious time from my life to test it, but i already backtest it manually and it will fail greatly in reversal condition especially in swap from bullish to bearish market, will wipe out all hard earned pips in just one falling knife. Tested major forex pair, most volatile index, no point to test the futures in energy sector, too fast movement in short time, so pointless to do that. But the good point is in ranging conditions, because of filtering, caused by Stoch indicator. It's worth to make some automations, which will ignore the human lag/interactions and test it with faster response. At overall it is not bad strategy at all!!!
I think the key is that you're looking NOT for reversals, but mere pullbacks in a continuing trend, AND set good SL's!! I'm going to test more as well. Peace and Blessings!
I just saw another video from someone else using multiple macd but in a different way. While I did not like that way (to complicated), I recognized how using multiple macd similar to how you used them could help give added assurance to the trade. It was helpful seeing someone trade similar to the way I plan on doing it. I also very much appreciate you showing your losers. I find that you can often learn as much or more from the losers than you can the winners.

@@united_47 Havent tested it yet but judging by the video, if you REALLY hold onto these 3 indicators and DO NOT enter if cross isnt above 80, the win chance seem fucking sickkk. Like I'd give it a 80%+ out of what I've seen in this video. The indicators play really well into one another

End of the day its just good practice to multi confirm trend by any means necessary.
It's a great strategy, I have been using it for almost a week. The only downside is if the STOCH doesn't hit the 80 or 20 mark, it really puts you off, I have missed a some trade opportunities because it didn't hit the mark and it went for a heavy trend but it's better to be safe than sorry
it's normal that you miss some trades, but waiting for the hiting of 20 and 80 is used to avoid that times where it doesen't works. For example: if ou wait for trades where Stochastic don't hit 80 or 20 you will have a win rate of 50% instead if you trade only when the Stochastic hit 80 and 20 you have an higher winrate. I'm italian, i hope you understand what i mean.

I want an alert for when the cross is formed above 80 and below 20 on the Stoch. Then I also want an alert for when those 2 weak bars pop up and the trade needs to be stopped. I'm gonna test this on a 5 min chart. The alerts would make my life much easier. Cheers!

I personally work better on the 1min chart rather than 5. On my demo account I've profited 12 out of 13 trades with 4 of them being over $1,500 and the one lost trade was a $150 loss.
I’ve been using this method for a couple weeks now and I just wanted to ask what to do if the bottom macd (34 144) changes but you haven’t got the indication to exit? This happened to me earlier and I exited a trade that would have ended up as a ~$1800 gain. Should I be less concerned about that macd while I’m an open trade? Hope this isn’t a stupid question but even if it is I hope I can learn something from it.

I put alerts on the stochastic. Crossing up to 75 and crossing down to 25. Gives me time to see the trade coming. Good luck.

I just used risk % to determine TP from SL, so if SL is 10 pips and I want 1:1 RR then I'm doing 10 pips TP too.

Which timeframe should we use?
I personally work better on the 1min chart rather than 5. On my demo account I've profited 12 out of 13 trades with 4 of them being over $1,500 and the one lost trade was a $150 loss.

Hi pat,is this strategy only suitable for 1minute time frame? If 5 min time frame need to change any setting for the indicator?
I’ve been using this method for a couple weeks now and I just wanted to ask what to do if the bottom macd (34 144) changes but you haven’t got the indication to exit? This happened to me earlier and I exited a trade that would have ended up as a ~$1800 gain. Should I be less concerned about that macd while I’m an open trade? Hope this isn’t a stupid question but even if it is I hope I can learn something from it.
