These are beautiful! And thank you for real time. It's nice to have a "conversation" with you. It BLEW my mind when you said you may have to pay taxes on your mileage. We live 45 miles from town, and town is where we shop/eat out/have doctor & dental appts/BANK, etc. The 2 of us (2 different vehicles) drive round-trip to town at least 7 times a week combined. Not to mention all the times we head "up the hill" to eat out/shop. AND there is ZERO mass transportation options available to us. As for Christmas, and life in general, I'm like you. It's the little things that bring joy.
Yes Marei, the government are considering charging per mile driven, so I wont be going to the office for sure, I dont need to so I wont be, but its still being considered, fingers crossed it doesnt happen!
Hi Sue, I was so excited last week when you pulled that card because they're such beautiful colors and even though you were not happy with it, I knew you would do an excellent job with it. And, I was not disappointed! Your pieces today are both gorgeous! I'm enjoying real-time, I enjoy hearing all your stories. It's always a delight to see a new video pop up because I know I'm in for 30 min to an hour of fun and laughter. I love next weeks colors too and can't wait to see how you interpret them into your art. TFS 😊

Oh what a disappointment to miss out on the veggie meatballs in Ikea! It was a great idea to encourage your daughter to choose her own present. I enjoyed your chatter whilst doing the two pieces. You were competing with the sound of Storm Bert!!
It was a bit loud wasnt it Lyn, that storm was the worse I have experienced for sure, so much rain, the village down the road got cut off due to flooding, luckily we are on a bit of a hill otherwise we would have had the same!
Love those colours sue you did really well i can't see them being able to charge per mile , we used to have a lady we called milly who used drive to the store every evening and buy a few bits i said to her one night why don't you do a larger shop then you're save on petrol she said she comes in to chat and see people as she has no one how sad is that ❤
