They were trying to pretty much make sure everyone could get on their systems and just a little info and insight on company. I’m already a current employee and I had no issue getting in so I spent time with YT playing in the back and catching up on emails since I was on vacay last week.

Auto play 🤷🏽♀️😊 Well I choose to work in the office after working from home since the start of covid. I like that it keeps a separation between work and home bc that was always a problem for me. My job is also near the water, so I love taking walks at lunch soaking up the sun. If I ever worked from home again it would be for myself (which is something I'm manifesting on currently). How about yourself? Are you liking the work from home?

Hiiiiiii Arian! I pray you had a great weekend and was able to stay dry in all this rain we've been getting. Once again thank you for sharing another banger of a WFH vlog with us. And to answer your question, books put me to sleep, so I tend to save those for my down time. But when I'm working or cleaning the house, I enjoy listening to music to pass the time by. Interment fasting is something I've been unknowningly doing for the past 15 years. I don't eat after 10pm and will have my first meal at noon the next day. For whatever reason as I've aged my body cannot handle eating early in the morning. Not even a glass of water. So I wait until noon to have my first meal of the day. Then my second meal will be around 9 pm with small snacks in between. Yes, ma'am! Get those extra hours. I'm always down for a few extra coins. LOL!

@@theintroverthomebody Because I experience migraines, I dealt with headaches when I first began fasting. So I would pull out my Breville juicer to make me about 8 ounces of vegetable or fruit juice. But as time went by, the headaches eventually subsided without me having to drink a juice or small smoothie.

When I WAS working from home, which only lasted about 6 months. Because it didn't work for me. I did not allow myself to do anything that I wouldn't do If I was confined in an office, I conducted myself the same as I would have conducted myself by being in an office Cubicle. What I mean is I allow myself the boredom and whatever came with it that way. When my workship was over. I wouldn't be bored at home per se Given that I'm already at home.! and I will be very excited to have my workshift over just as I would if I was confined in and open work environment. Which brings me to the reason why working from home Is NOT for me, I had no disciplines. My introvert got worse, my socialisome got worse and mind you. It was already on 0% LOL to me. It just wasn't healthy for me. Being that I AM an introvert. The level of my introverteness is okay but I don't recommend introverts to add activity that will cause them to continue to be introverted per se. It works for some clearly it works for you, but just not for me. I found myself doing what I did when I was a youngster in school staring out the window, Day dreaming, finding Myself laughing. Snapping out of my day dreaming by way of my teacher tapping me on the shoulder. And everybody. Looking at me like I'm crazy As I proceed to focus back on my assignment with a smile on my face! but in this case since I was already an adult. I will reminiscend back when I was a child. I went back to the playground when I found myself. Looking at the trees enjoying the green leaves while everyone else was swinging and playing LOL.🤭🤣🤣🤣🤣🫣🤣🤣🤣😂🤫 #Introvert 6:55
I can understand that! I never looked at it that way. I have tried to multitask but I can't I get too drawn in and distracted because I be wanting to interact. I taught myself to crochet watching you tube videos about 5 years ago. I mainly make baby blankets. Girl, I have probably 12 or more baby blankets just sitting around. Right now, I’m making a blanket for myself. I’ve never had to wash anything I’ve crocheted yet and I’m scared to. They may just unravel. I’ve made scarves and hats before. I’m definitely not the best as crocheting but I still enjoy it. I only do simple projects. 🤎

Hi Arian, I hope you had a wonderful Monday. So today was my first day of my new WFH Journey and it went pretty well. They were trying to pretty much make sure everyone could get on their systems and just a little info and insight on company. I’m already a current employee and I had no issue getting in so I spent time with YT playing in the back and catching up on emails since I was on vacay last week.

I listen to podcast and watch youtube to get through the work day. It definitely helps me get through the day. I haven't considered listening to audio books before but that is a good idea.

Auto play 🤷🏽♀️😊 Well I choose to work in the office after working from home since the start of covid. I like that it keeps a separation between work and home bc that was always a problem for me. My job is also near the water, so I love taking walks at lunch soaking up the sun. If I ever worked from home again it would be for myself (which is something I'm manifesting on currently). How about yourself? Are you liking the work from home?

And to answer your question, books put me to sleep, so I tend to save those for my down time. But when I'm working or cleaning the house, I enjoy listening to music to pass the time by.
Interment fasting is something I've been unknowningly doing for the past 15 years. I don't eat after 10pm and will have my first meal at noon the next day. For whatever reason as I've aged my body cannot handle eating early in the morning. Not even a glass of water. So I wait until noon to have my first meal of the day. Then my second meal will be around 9 pm with small snacks in between.

@@theintroverthomebody Because I experience migraines, I dealt with headaches when I first began fasting. So I would pull out my Breville juicer to make me about 8 ounces of vegetable or fruit juice. But as time went by, the headaches eventually subsided without me having to drink a juice or small smoothie.
I'm so grateful these dizzy spells have subsided! 🙌🏾💕 I need a new juicer. Mine is big, loud, and outdated. 😩🤣

When I WAS working from home, which only lasted about 6 months. Because it didn't work for me. I did not allow myself to do anything that I wouldn't do If I was confined in an office, I conducted myself the same as I would have conducted myself by being in an office Cubicle. What I mean is I allow myself the boredom and whatever came with it that way. When my workship was over. I wouldn't be bored at home per se Given that I'm already at home.! and I will be very excited to have my workshift over just as I would if I was confined in and open work environment. Which brings me to the reason why working from home Is NOT for me, I had no disciplines. My introvert got worse, my socialisome got worse and mind you. It was already on 0% LOL to me. It just wasn't healthy for me. Being that I AM an introvert. The level of my introverteness is okay but I don't recommend introverts to add activity that will cause them to continue to be introverted per se. It works for some clearly it works for you, but just not for me. I found myself doing what I did when I was a youngster in school staring out the window, Day dreaming, finding Myself laughing. Snapping out of my day dreaming by way of my teacher tapping me on the shoulder. And everybody. Looking at me like I'm crazy As I proceed to focus back on my assignment with a smile on my face! but in this case since I was already an adult. I will reminiscend back when I was a child. I went back to the playground when I found myself. Looking at the trees enjoying the green leaves while everyone else was swinging and playing LOL.🤭🤣🤣🤣🤣🫣🤣🤣🤣😂🤫 #Introvert 6:55
I can understand that! I never looked at it that way. I have tried to multitask but I can't I get too drawn in and distracted because I be wanting to interact. I taught myself to crochet watching you tube videos about 5 years ago. I mainly make baby blankets. Girl, I have probably 12 or more baby blankets just sitting around. Right now, I’m making a blanket for myself. I’ve never had to wash anything I’ve crocheted yet and I’m scared to. They may just unravel. I’ve made scarves and hats before. I’m definitely not the best as crocheting but I still enjoy it. I only do simple projects. 🤎
